My skin loves this brush
This is the first time that I have tried dry brushing and I love it! I have been using this brush about 3 times a week for the last 2 or 3 weeks. I just dry brush standing in my shower before turning on the water. My skin gets very dry in the winter and this has definitely helped keep it soft and blemish free. This brush head is the perfect size and the handle is just long enough to reach every part of my body easily, especially my back. The bristles are of high quality and I can tell this product will last a long time. I have actually tried it on my face a few times, but the brush head is definitely too large to reach the places around my nose. I will be purchasing a smaller brush for my face. Cleaning this brush is very easy too. I actually just use my hair shampoo and wash it once a week. I always make sure that it has had 24 hours to dry before using it again. There is a side with little wooden nubs on it for cellulite. I have not used this side, but it seems like it would be good for just a little massage if you had any sore muscles. One thing I was really impressed with was the fact that the company sent me a few emails making sure that I received my brush and I knew how to use it. They were very informative on the benefits of dry brushing and explained exactly how to start this routine. It is nice to see a company actually take the time to make sure you are getting the right use out of their product. Also, there was a great amount of information on the back of the package the brush came in. I actually cut it out to save for a while in case I had any questions. I will be purchasing another brush for my husband to use (you should not share brushes with anyone else). He's always saying his back is dry and wants me to scratch it. I think this will help him out a lot!!

Good brush for great price
I received my dry by brush quickly and couldn't wait to use it. I didn't have all the loose bristles that other reviewers complained of but there were a few, so as suggested move your fingers across the brush to remove any loose ones. I really liked this brush and find that its a great substitute to purchasing pricier ones in stores. My only complaints would be that I find the brush handle a bit short, as others have, but that its nothing I can't deal with. And my only other complaint would be that when I brush on thicker areas of the skin the bristles don't feel as firm so I have to push harder and after about a week of using it I have noticed some of the bristles on the edges seem to be fraying out a bit. But all in all this is a great brush to purchase when deciding if dry brushing is for you, it really should be but lets face it... we don't always stick with our crazy new obsessions after a week or two, haha.

Cold weather/dry skin CPR miracle
I've been using this for about a week and have already noticed vast improvement in my skin. The winters where I live are really bitter and brutal, and the cold, dry air dries my skin out to the point where my it looks more like dragon scales than human skin. This has helped SO much and made my skin so much softer. I have barely even been using moisturizer on my body since getting the brush, and my skin is softer now than it was when I was applying moisturizer to my body daily! The brush feels really nice - it's not too soft or too hard, you feel it working its magic, and it's a nice quick routine that I've easily integrated into my pre-shower ritual that is really relaxing and nice. Kind of like a mini spa day every time I hop in the shower. I definitely would and will recommend this to friends!

I'm a dry-brushing-skeptic turned convert!
I use this dry brush as per the included instructions before showers and brush my skin towards my heart, starting at my ankles. This was my first experience with dry brushing and I was very skeptical of it's usefulness and/or the truthfulness of it making any difference whatsoever! I've always used a similar brush in the shower with body wash so didn't think there'd be any difference. I was hoping it would help with cellulite on the back of my legs (I'm 46... I'll let you imagine the rest!). I use it probably 5 or 6 times a week. On a very rare occasion I might take two showers a day, and I have been using it for both showers. This is a lot less than "their" recommended "use twice a day"... but I do have kids, a husband, a job, pets, you know.... life.... I can't just spend all day brushing and showering! Well, just the other night my husband (of almost 24 years!) commented that my legs "felt so skinny". (Felt? Yes, it's winter, so no one is seeing anything this time of year! Gotta leave something to the imagination, right?) But you see, this is a man who has said something like that maybe 5 times in our history! Like usually after a bout of stomach flu! This is a miracle, I tell you! Sorry about all the exclamation marks, but seriously, the only thing that has changed is that I have been using this brush to "brush lymphatic fluids out of my system" or whatever it is that it's supposed to be doing! This is Mommy's New Little Secret for sure! And FYI, I have been using coconut oil as well, but I started using the coconut oil even before the brushing. (I use the solid kind, for cooking; you scoop/scrape it out and it melts in your hands after a shower.) The coconut oil by itself didn't seem to do much more than just make my skin soft and slightly coconut-scented. But now it's soft and SMOOTH. And for a girl who has lovingly referred to her own skin as "LIZARD-LIKE" since her teens, let me tell you this is all a miracle!

Good Brush
This brush isn't bad for the price. The bristles are not the best quality but if you're planing to use it the way I am for dry brushing the skin it's good. The handle isn't to long but just enough to have a firm grip and reach your back; at least my back. ( I'm 5'5 ft ) One side has a brush and the other side short wooden knobs great for giving yourself a massage
