We have employee turnover in our hospitality business. We put all the information about one employee in each folder including any kind of issues that arise. This includes periodic reviews, drug tests, incident reports, W-4's, I-9's, employment application and any other issues. The active employee folders are kept in a small wall safe in the office and if anything comes up, we just reach for that employee's folder. We have used these for a number of years. This particular product is priced well and has a cover that is easy to read. Plenty of places to put notes.

The details are OK but not as expected, I expected an enclosed folder but it was just a folder, the printing was clear and card was good, but not what I expected unfortunately, had to wait a long time for delivery
