Good fitness helper
These work great. Bought to take on a trip and they are light and compact - easy to pack. Nice selection of resistance, decent attachments (especially for the price). Instruction booklet is helpful. Will use at home when I don't feel like going to the gym.

Compact, Versatile, and Comfortable Tube Bands for On-the-Go Workouts
I purchased these tube resistance bands to replace my loop bands, which frequently frayed or broke. I wanted something more durable and versatile for my workouts, and these seemed like a well-reviewed, reasonably priced option. The packaging was professional, and everything arrived tightly packed and in excellent condition. All the components were included, and the overall presentation was solid. The instructions on how to attach and use the anchors were simple and easy to follow, but the package didn’t include a workout program or exercise examples. I’ve been using these bands for about a week, working out three times a week, and they’ve been great so far. One standout feature is their compact size, they roll up easily and fit into a small bag included with the set. This makes them perfect for travel, whether you’re working out in a hotel room, on a patio, or even at the beach. As someone who doesn’t use anchors or attachments, I rely solely on the bands and grips. The shorter length of these bands compared to gym-style tube bands is actually a plus for me. At 6’2”, I don’t need to loop them around anything to remove slack, which streamlines my routine. When it comes to resistance workouts, it’s a bit of a rabbit hole to compare them to traditional weights like dumbbells. Resistance bands engage your muscles differently, and it’s up to you to adjust the tension and ensure a good workout. With these bands, I’ve been able to focus on my muscle engagement and adjust on the fly. While it’s less straightforward than grabbing a heavier dumbbell, I still feel like I’m getting an effective workout. The grips are comfortable and eliminate the hand-squeezing issue I faced with loop bands. This makes longer sets more manageable and enjoyable. Pros: Compact size and included bag make them ideal for travel. Comfortable grips improve the overall workout experience. Shorter length is convenient and reduces slack for taller users. Durable stitching and strong clips inspire confidence in their longevity. Cons: A 5lb band option would be a nice addition for finer resistance adjustments. The grip-to-band length feels slightly long for certain exercises like bent-over rows. No included workout program or exercise examples, though instructions on anchor use are clear. Overall, these tube bands are a solid upgrade from my old loop bands. They’re versatile, comfortable, and travel-friendly, making them great for anyone who wants to stay active without the bulk of traditional equipment. I’ll update this review after more extended use, but for now, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone exploring resistance band workouts.

A great and convenient way to stay fit!
We've ordered a few of these now just to have them around the house and to build up more resistance. They're very convenient due to how little space they take up and because they way next to nothing, we can take them on the go for vacations as well to make sure we're still getting bits and pieces of exercise in! They feel high quality and the colors have always been spot on. Not that it matters much for a product like this but it is nice to have it match the description and photos. The fact that we can have 5 bands that allow us to exercise so many different muscles is huge. It won't push you as hard as a dedicated workout machines for specific muscle groups but for staying toned and at least working on muscles that we wouldn't have otherwise, it's a big convenience that pushes us to be a bit healthier because it's an option now. And you can build up the resistance beyond the max weight by just adding other bands in! We plan on buying even more with higher resistance once our family needs more of a challenge and then we can combine even higher weights with these ones to tailor it to our needs perfectly. Highly recommend these ones if you're in the market

Good choice, but used to be better
I've been using bands like this for the last 7 years in a physical therapy clinic. For the last years I used Veick. In the years they changed the packaging which looks more eco friendly. However: - the handles got smaller and I prefer the older size for comfort and better grip. - they elongate a bit earlier in time. - the strenght difference is less present. - velcro loops are completely down graded in comfort. As there seem to be not much difference between product quality with other brand, it is still a good choice. I check them on occasion and in time they do tear ( I do live in hot climate) but never snapped or hurt anyone.

I am very happy with these resistance bands! I purchased these in addition to another set I already had, allowing me to have different setups prepared around the room, saving time on changing bands for different exercises. For me, these bands work better than going to the gym, which comes with an expensive monthly fee, travel time and costs, lack of natural light, loud and annoying music, and often having to queue to use the equipment. I leave them on the floor in my room so they are easy to pick up. This allows me to take half-hour pauses between reps, something not achievable at the gym. If you're at home or work from home, you can do some reps every hour during the day. In terms of results, I've noticed improved muscle definition in about 3-4 weeks. I'm sure the best results come with a good diet, which I'm still working on. I've never seen such improvements from going to the gym, probably because I couldn't maintain the routine long enough and couldn't exercise on the spot at any time of the day without traveling, etc. I also noted that resistance bands are a lot more protective for my joints and lower back, which allows me to exercise for longer. I've researched quite a bit on the pros and cons of resistance bands vs. constant weight. Based on my experience, if you have the correct diet and consistency in working out, you can achieve 'the six-pack body' with resistance bands alone, as long as you keep adding extra bands over time as you progress. If you're aiming for professional bodybuilding competitions, you will probably need to work out with classical weights as well. I'm very pleased with this additional purchase and regret not trying resistance bands earlier in life. It has been a game changer for me. I've shared this whole story with the other seller from whom I purchased my initial set of resistance bands.

The bands had other things fine and as advertised except that the resistance level was not as advertised for higher resistance bands. I took the 50 lb band and pulled it as far as safely I thought I should and found that the maximum resistance I got was 9.5 kgs which is around 22 lbs, far from 50 lbs mentioned (I used a weighing scale for suitcases to measure). The lower band of 10 lbs in my test was about 9.5 lbs at the maximum stretch, close to the advertised resistance. I didn't measure other bands individually. When I put all bands together, I got a maximum of 60 lbs in my test. Not sure if it could have gone any further as I didn't want to test more to avoid any damages to the product. I will be returning the product as my need for resistance was as advertised.
