Great griddle for gas cooktop
This griddle has become a staple in my kitchen. I cleaned it with soap to start and then used avocado oil to season it (2 rounds of seasoning in the oven). I thought my first batch of bacon had ruined the seasoning, but it cleaned easily and kept it's nonstick quality. I much prefer this to my old cast iron griddle that was smaller, weighed more, and didn't have much of an edge. It sits flat, but I also never use more than medium heat, which is plenty to get a good sear on steaks for my cooktop.

Works great on my induction cooktop
Bought to use on induction cooktop and it is perfect for that - I had none of the warping issues others reported. Even heating and once seasoned is near nonstick. Holds seasoning better than my other carbon steel pans. I put a silicone pad under it to ensure it won’t scratch glass or slide around on cooktop. Great product, especially for the price when compared to the competition. Love it. Only complaint is I wish handles would fold down to be completely flat when storing.

Never leaves my stovetop
I use this several times a week for the last few months. It's a work horse. Seems to be fairly sturdy/hasn't warped but I have realized my stove itself isn't flat. Carbon steel is fairly low maintenance. Been recommending it to friends and it's a better value than some of the others out there. Been happy with the purchase.

It’s great!!
This is a really nice hunk of steel and to me makes so much more sense than a tabletop griddle. With this I can use it outside on my gas grill, bring it inside and use it on my stove top or in the oven or to the sink for a good cleaning if needed. It seasoned very easily for me with a small amount of lard. Just follow the included instructions. Mine arrived in perfect condition, no rust, dings or misaligned handles. And it arrived two business days faster than expected. (Thank you seller) I’m really happy with it and definitely recommend it if you’re interested in a good griddle top. Oh, and also a very reasonable price and made in The USA. Double Win!! *Update* I’ve been living with this griddle for a while now and have prepared many meals on it. I use it on my grill, my indoor kitchen stovetop and in the oven. Ive found it to be the ideal weight for my use. Heavy enough to take about anything you throw at it but I can still put it in the sink to give it a good scrubbing as needed, then back to the grill for a quick seasoning touch up. Very happy with this griddle and definitely recommended for a versatile piece of quality cookware.

Good Product Overall, but not perfect
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Keep in mind, this thing is HEAVY & BIG. Also, for context, I’m using this with a double burner glass electric cooktop. Pros: Retains heat well. Heavy duty. Seasons as carbon steel should. Does a good job being “non-stick” once seasoned & when using a small amount of oil. Easy to clean most debris, although severely burnt cheeses & sugars can require some elbow grease & effort. Love that the front & side walls are short & curved instead of high or sharp corners. It makes for a more useable experience in case whatever you’re cooking doesn’t sit perfectly in that space (ex: tortillas). Speaking of tortillas, it can easily fit 6 regular size corn tortillas (3 rows of 2 side-by-side tortillas) at once w/o overlapping. Lastly, as far as comparative pricing goes, this thing is much cheaper than other contenders who produce similar size & material griddles. Plus, it’s FAR safer & healthier than cooking with aluminum or other synthetically engineered “non-stick” surfaces, which are dangerous, have a much shorter usage lifespan, & only get worse with time while this only gets better with time. Cons: Heats slowly, which should be assumed due to its substantial size & weight; much slower than a thin pan or sheet. I wouldn’t say it officially warped, but the bottom isn’t perfectly flat & appears to be slightly bowed, as it does have a small amount of side to side rocking. This especially sucks due to me using a glass top electric stove, but I want to be clear & say that it still does get the job done w/o issue (it just could be a little flatter & therefore better). Tips: Heat it slowly & let it come up to desired temp before use. This should avoid significant warping. I use a griddle so often that this thing lives on 1/2 of my stove/range all the time. If you plan to use it occasionally & put it away a lot, then go with something lighter.

My favorite cooking toy
Purchased to replicate Chipotle chicken on a griddle. Use it for so much more. A seriously heavy and durable griddle. It gets used on the gas cooktop some, but mostly I use it on our gas grill. Bacon is spectacular and the smash burgers on this griddle are amazing. The biggest advantage is that we take the grease splatter out of the kitchen and onto the grill. Take the time to season this and don't use soap to clean it and the non-stick factor is just like the steel griddles at your favorite restaurant. It actually gets better the more you use it and the uglier it gets. A really heavy quality item. LOVE this griddle!

not good for an indoor use, maybe OK for outdoor, issues will still be there, you just may not care.
It is curved rather than flat presumably because of the way it was formed, the problem is that this curve gets more pronounced as it heats so, so when its hot and you are cooking, the thing will spin on the stove-top. on top of that the curve makes it ridiculously difficult to clean, a normal griddle can be scraped with a spatula or a commercial flat-top scraper, but the bowing in this makes that nearly impossible, so not only is it hard to cook with it's hard to clean too. when this showed up I could tell it was going to be a problem, but I wanted to give it a fair shake instead of just returning it right away, I should have just sent it back right away. It's clearly made well, but there is some kind of design flaw that prevents this from being actually useful, it's a real shame.

Great griddle, follow instructions on seasoning. Minor issue with the handle sticking at specific positions but that's a minor issue that can can be resolved easily.
