I bought this Aquaphor lip repair because my lips get painfully dry, especially in colder weather, and it worked better than regular lip balms. It goes on smooth, feels soothing right away, and actually lasts instead of disappearing in minutes. After a couple days of use, the cracking was gone and my lips felt soft again. The tubes are small but convenient, and having two is perfect for keeping one at home and one in my bag. If you struggle with chronically dry lips, this is one of the few products that truly helps.

Aquaphor Lip Repair actually works. I noticed a difference after the first use—my lips felt smoother and stayed hydrated for hours without feeling sticky. It’s especially great for very dry or chapped lips, even overnight. Simple, effective, and worth repurchasing.

For reference I live in a dry climate (Colorado) and my lips get dry often. I was looking forward to trying this lip product, because it is highly recommended and praised. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its expectations. It gets absorbed in the lips very quickly, and provides little hydration which quickly disappears. The texture is somewhat runny and thin making it not occlusive at all. Overall I was not pleased or impressed by this lip product. So far medicated Chapstick and lip Vaseline still work the best.

This is honestly the best chapstick I’ve ever tried, and I’m a chapstick addict. I’ve tried handfuls of both natural chapsticks (Burt’s bees, badger, evanhealy, etc) as well as standard ones (Chapstick brand, EOS, etc) and none of them TRULY got rid of the chapped lips and made them smooth. Exfoliating my lips, drinking a lot of water, using a lot of chapstick, using a little, etc nothing would help. It was to the point I was considering lip filler to “hydrate” and smooth out my lips because it always looked so.. dehydrated. Just not plump and never smooth. Then I tried this aquaphor lip repair and it was an instant game changer. No weird white lines on my inner lips from buildup, not just a bandaid over dry lips, no chapstick “addiction” where my lips would sting if I didn’t apply more. Super hydrated, smooth, soft lips with this. I will be a forever customer, assuming it doesn’t get discontinued and the formula doesn’t change. ALSO clean on Yuka 👏🏼👏🏼

Thanks for the product. The product is GREAT. But… only reason I am giving 4 stars is… just WHY do you send a tiny little pack of lip balm in a LARGER than necessary box for shipping??? I’ve seen this done elsewhere and I am wondering why they are doing that. I don’t see this as sustainable practices! Was there no smaller envelope or anything available??

I’ve been really happy with Aquaphor Lip Repair Ointment and it’s one of the most reliable things I’ve found for truly dry lips. It feels more like a treatment than a regular chapstick. Instead of being waxy and disappearing quickly, it goes on smoothly and forms a protective layer that helps lock in moisture, so my lips stay comfortable for a long time. It’s especially helpful when my lips are cracked from cold weather, dry air, or just getting dehydrated. I’ll put a layer on and I can actually feel the difference pretty quickly, less tightness and less flaking. I also like using it before bed, and when I wake up my lips still feel soft instead of dried out again. The pack is convenient too because I can keep one in my purse and one at home. Overall, it’s a great value for something that actually works, and I’d definitely repurchase if you deal with dryness often.

I like this product and makes my lips heal because of the winter. I didn't read the description when I was about to buy it and it came very small in size.

I’ve always been a big fan of aquaphor and I’ve used it all the time when I get some chaffin down there from working all day out Lately with these allergies, my nose gets clogged and I’ve been mouth breathing a bunch And maaaaan let me tell you, this stuff works. I swear, chapstick just relieves you at the moment. But me and my wife swear, it later makes you dry again and you have to use more. This aquaphor makes your lips moist, and keeps them that way. Well worth the price

The best lip balm by a mile. Not sticky, settles dry, cracked sore lips. On repeat purchase purchase in our house.

This is the first lip balm/cream that has actually helped to heal my split corners of my lips. Believe me I have tried everything and this worked in a couple of days but gave relief straight away. Love it. Definitely recommend
