I have tried so many different pain reliever creams and began to think they were all the same. A little tingling for an hour or so and that was it. And usually the fragrance was very strong. This pain cream is awesome. It heats up HOT, which is what I need for relief. It also reactivates by sunshine, heat, and sweat so you know it's there. I use it on my back and neck and I love it. I'll never use another brand! If you don't like hot pain cream, this is not the one for you. If you do, you will love this one.

Essential Medical Supply Eze Long Handle Lotion Applicator to apply without touching. Can be dangerous if not careful. Do not get on hands. You will touch your face. If your body beats up so will the aria applied. So can seem like an actual burn. But this product is the best. I started years ago with just a very small drop on lower back. A day later took a hot shower and ouch! On note, sponge falls off half way through so started buying just the cream.

It does help somewhat on my wrists, takes the edge off. However, there is very little substance in the tube. I’m sure the container cost more than the medicine. Easy to use with a mild smell.

The product works very well !! It will stay on hands and transfer to other parts of your body for a few hours !! Rubbed it on my husbands shoulders — a few hours later rubbed my face - not good eyes burned for an hour

I love this stuff. Bought the 3 pack because I use it so much. It’s the only product that actually solves my nerve pain in my neck/shoulder blades. Also, when I had Covid, my arthritis in my knees flared up BAD. I was surprised that it helped significantly. 10/10 would recommend. I would warn… make sure you wash it off well before going outside in the heat the next day. I went for a walk the next morning and the capsaicin started burning a bit when I started sweating. Totally worth it when it helps, but definitely wash it off later.

Great product’ & delivery

If you have sensitive skin, this might not be a product for you. Yes, the area it is applied to does feel hot, especially if one sits with the area pressing against something. On the up side, most often just one application is all I need until the next time I do something I know better than to do. So, for me, beyond five stars.
