Amazon Collection 18K Yellow Gold or 14K Rose Gold Over Sterling Silver Bar Drop Earrings

I wish I could give these more than five stars. They are super comfortable including to sleep in. They are elegant and dainty but at the same time they don't get lost.

Nice dangle, silver bar with secure lever-back closure (which I prefer to the fish hook type). The bar has some weight; just enough to know they are there without pulling on your earlobe (1 earring weighs 0.05 oz). Some reviewers were disappointed in the length saying they were smaller than expected. As other reviewers stated, the length from the top of the lever to the tip of the bar is just under 2". The Project Dimensions state it is over 4" in length. The box isn't that long! The size on the model image is pretty accurate if you hold the earring to the image. However the proportion is still off as the head on the model is smaller than a normal human head. For me, they dangle just to my jaw angle, which works for me but on the model they appear to fall below the jaw line. I'll be interested to see if the Rhodium plating prevents tarnishing and holds the shiny appearance. I made sure the ring attaching the bar to the closure was shut tight due to a reviewer stating a bar fell off of hers. I really appreciate that kind of information. It may have saved me from losing an earring! Be sure to inspect yours before wearing.

I first bought these in early 2021 and have worn them everywhere. By everywhere i do mean everywhere, i wore these in the shower, to bed, i basically did not take them out! one of the bars broke off recently when i was aggressively wresting a hoodie over my head so i figured it was time for a new pair. lasting over 2 years is great quality in my opinion AND they never tarnished or turned my ears green or anything. They’re so light i hardly notice them in either!

*Edit 10/10/24 - I love these earrings! Almost 2 years later I am still wearing them daily without removing them when I do wear them, and they are still in perfect shape - no scratches, bending or dents etc. I have cleaned them several times in an ultrasonic cleaner with no issues. Definitely recommend! I was looking for earrings I could leave in and forget - I've now worn these earrings for over a month straight without removing them and they have been 100% comfortable for all things, including sleep. I have super long fine hair and they have not gotten tangled in it once (surprisingly as most things do). They are not heavy at all, the silver bar is hollow (which you can't tell while wearing, but trust me you want that, less weight). They are great quality and I've had no tarnishing or irritation whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Great purchase! These come in a plain black earring box (no brand), which feels a bit cheap. There is a sticker on the back that says Made in China, along with the Amazon barcode thing. However, the earrings are SO nice and lightweight, I always forget that I'm wearing them. I have worn them to bed a couple times and it's like they're not even there. They're so comfortable. I've attached photos of the size. The bar itself is about 1 and 1/8 inches long and around 1 mm thick (and hollow, NOT solid). The earring length with the lever back is almost two inches. Currently the listing says the length is over 4 inches which certainly is not true. Because of that I have weighed one for my review and that info is pretty accurate. My scale said 2 grams, or 0.05 ounces. They're exactly how I expected them, though I guess I did expect them to be solid, not hollow. They also have the 925 sterling silver stamp on the lever back which is good, but not on the bar. I am glad I made this purchase.

Love them! Perfect size, don’t snag, and I go through stretches that I wear them daily and thy are holding up beautifully. Fine in the shower.

Super durable. I have been using this for years now, still the best pair i ever own. I have been thinking to buy another pair for the sake of ‘new’ but it makes no sense as the current one still feels as such
