Clover Flex Starter Kit

We purchased two Clover Flex systems for our shop and the charging base for the 2nd unit started having issues where it wasn't charging while on the base. We have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to start charging. When I called support I was told that the charging base was not covered under warranty....apparently they already knew they were pushing an inferior product. I think the Square is a better option.

Bought charger for clover flex device 8/2022 now shopping again 2/2023 and price increased from 58 to 79. The adaptor is not reliable. Made in china. Original died after about a year, then a replacement 'starter kit' So this is 3rd. Very disappointing. I know its not the cradle that is failing - tried new adaptor both cradles are fine. 12v x 3.3A adaptor - cant find new adaptor only (without cradle) on amazon or elsewhere. I could use usb connector to charge in back of the device, but that looks like a hack in the office.
