Arrived promptly and as described

Great product easy to fit and easily removed however, the carbon fibre one doesn’t make the ‘ding’ noise when it says all gen 2 do it, I saw a video when someone took it off it does it is there any way how to make it do it or how to take the collar off?

I was expecting it to be perfect, but is not. It looks cool we all know that and is useful for many different reasons, the only reason i cant rate it 5/5 is that the hub after only a month that i have it, it's starting to have an issue that annoys me quite a lot. After locking the steering wheel back in making the usual bell sound i start driving and at some point i can fell it locking in again slightly, making the bell sound again in a much quieter way, like if its not locking properly immediately like it should, and its only been a month, no signs of use yet, looks brand new but does that which can be scary, you're driving and all of the sudden you hear the bell again and think that for 5 mins the wheel was not properly locked in.. now, i don't know if im the only one, because everyone else seemed hyped about this product ( which is why i choose nrg ) , but im a bit disappointed, feels unsafe.

Stared off really well but after a couple of track days the QR developed some play in it. Amazon would not accept returns so contacted NRG and they didn’t give a crap. No support on rebuilding or replacing, nothing. Just to go back to where you purchased it. Removed and installed OMP LW. 100 times better than this. Feels much better built and gives you confidence on track.
