The Mindfulness Coloring Book, Volume Two: Anti-Stress Art Therapy

I purchased several of these to place in my exam rooms in a medical clinic instead of outdated magazines. I love that it relaxes people while they wait. I also like the beautiful notes some patients have left for others to see. They were a little "too" popular at first and I lost a few to sticky fingers. Overall, I will continue to buy these when I run out. Great purchase in a handy little size.

This small-format coloring book is great for traveling. I love the variety of intricate lines and nature-themed designs - this is exactly the style of coloring I enjoy. I've used colored pencils and markers (Tombow, Crayola, Artist's Loft) and have not experienced any bleed-through as the paper is thick enough for ink. If you layer on the color thickly with markers or use Sharpies, it will bleed through. For example, my Prismacolor markers bleed through this paper, so I don't use them. The book binding doesn't bother me; I find with fine-point markers and sharp colored pencils, I can color close to the binding without marking the neighboring page. Spiral-bound would probably be a better idea for this type of book, but I still enjoy it thoroughly the way it is.

Love the pictures, but I wish it had perforated pages or a spiral binding. The way the book is bound makes it frustrating to color the edges of the pictures near the spine of the book.

I love this sequel coloring book. It's so detailed that I can gain focus with 5 minutes of coloring. It is also small enough to fit in a purse or backpack with a few colored pencils without taking up more space than a monthly planner. The pictures are lovely and relaxing. I hope you find peace in this book!

I loved the first volume, so I decided to buy the second volume. The designs in the first book were great, and I think the designs in the second volume are even better. They're more polished and refined overall, and there's more variety in subject matter and patterns. The only thing that I noticed that was different from the first book is the print quality. The design prints are slightly more pixelated for some reason. You can barely tell at a glance, but when you're coloring in the small details for hours, well, you start noticing the details. The first volume had very sharp and crisp lines, and I would've thought the second volume would have the same quality. You can't really tell after everything's colored in though, so the book still gets 5 stars from me.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter and she loves it. She loves to draw, color, etc and this gives her the ability to do so on the go much easier then the bigger books. Some of the pictures to cover two pages and those are hard until the book is broken in. However it isn't a big issue unless you want to start with them. I would say this would be great for teens on up!

I was expecting a 8*11 standard size coloring book. And I got this very small book! Instantly I got anxiety looking at the size of the book! If I knew it was this small I would’ve NEVER purchased this book. The book is suppose to help with meditation, but my mind could only think of how small the book and how little space I have with the book. Also the price! To pay $8 for a half of book! This not acceptable for me. Beside the fact the coloring book is very small I do like the pages (this is why I wish I had a bigger book so I would have more time with one page).

A great therapeutic way to spend a little quiet time. The pictures are beautiful and detailed. What I like about this book is that its pages are smaller, so it isn't as large a time investment as some of the bigger books are. Also it fits nicely in a pocket book if you want to take it on the road with you. I have found that using colored pencils or gel pens yields the best results based on the size of the pictures.

Muy lindo, lo unico que no me gusto mucho es que los dibujos estan por delante y detras de las hojas, asi que no puedes usar algo de traspase el papel. Y batallas un poco para pintar cerca del centro por el empaste

Precioso, y de tamaño perfecto para poder llevarlo en el bolso a cualquier parte. Los dibujos me encantan y el diseño es muy bonito y original

Nice design but disappointed with the size and not a suitable binding for colouring. Ring bind would have suitable. Guess I was expecting at least a4 size

This is book two in the series. And it is just as good as the first one. I love this books. Small enough to take with you in your purse if you like. Very satisfying when a page is completed
