I'm the type of guy who does TONS of research before purchasing something and let me tell you this, the cocktail kit is superb. In comparison to other cocktail kits sold on amazon, the materials here are solid, the tins feel heavy which indicates their high quality. You get the Boston shaker which is the creme de la creme of shakers instead of the ones with the built in tin (which are less ideal). The Hawthorne strainer fits nicely, it is a little loose but all you gotta is press with your finger over the little bumpy thing and press it when you pour - filters everything perfectly. In terms of giftability, I've seen people here complaining about how the package arrived but it seems that the company payed attention because my package arrive in perfect condition. No scratches, all items in mint condition. The only suggestion that I have for this company to further grow is to design some kind of a bamboo stand or anything like that so that all the items could be placed and organized in a nice way. This would further more improve the giftability of the product. The bag itself is nice, I suppose it can fit all the items tightly, but to have a stand of some sort to display this amazing kit would be a great touch.

I ordered this at the beginning of the lockdown in order to teach myself mixology. I have made a different cocktail each night using this set. With almost no prior experience, I find it easy to use, fun, sturdy, and comprehensive. I especially like using the muddler to add bitters to sugar cubes or syrup, and building a drink from there. Add two dashes of Peychaud's and a dash of Angostura to a sugar cube, muddle in a rocks glass, fill with Herbsaint, and add a large rock - viola! Delicious. It did take me a couple days to get used to the shaker. The directions accompanying the set were perfect and allowed me to feel confident in my approach. It's been a month or two of consistent use and cleaning, and everything is holding up great. It's well-made. I would recommend it to anyone looking to create a home bar.

I bought the set in order to learn how make drinks when friends come over, I think it’s a solid set for basics drinks such as mojitos, Cuba libres, whiskey sours, etc. 10/10 would purchase again.

This set was a great deal and the products seem well made, however I haven't used them yet and will update after some use. I dropped a star for 2 reasons. First of all it came in a damaged box, with the products spilling out and a couple items have small scuffs on them. It seems like it has been tossed around and just stuffed back in the box before delivery... funny thing is that I noticed other reviews said the same thing. I wonder why that is a continuing problem. I wanted to let people know in case they were purchasing as a gift. Which mine was but it was a gift for myself lol, so I will let it slide bc the damage isn't too noticeable and I'm excited to try it so I don't want to bother with sending it back. Second reason I dropped a star is because of how small the bag is. Now, I realize how silly that sounds, but the picture makes it look bigger, like as if all the items fit with room to spare. Not the case. It is very tight and I can barely squeeze them all in. I had to rearrange items a few times to make them fit, and they are almost sticking out still. So, again, not a huge problem, just want people to be aware of that and I was a tiny bit disappointed by that. Anyways, I still am happy with the purchase and can't wait to try it out on some cocktail experiments I'm going to try. :)

I chose this set ahead of less expensive alternatives, and I am very glad I did. Everything about the items and the presentation is very high quality. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. When I could not register the warranty because I don't have a Facebook account, my email was answered and issue quickly by CEO Krista. Hers is the kind of independent, authentic business I feel great about supporting. Buying this set was one of the best Amazon purchases I've made from a previously-unknown-to-me company. I expect I'll be back to buy more sets as gifts, and I hope to see the Sip Culture team develop new products and build on their success.

I bought myself this set for Christmas 2020 after lots of lockdown cocktails started my research into bar sets. It has every tool for every drink (at least that I've made so far) and after a year and a half of use, everything still looks brand new. I have no problem fitting everything in the bag with room to spare, but in full disclosure I gave the recipe book to my daughter and two or three of the pourers and stoppers are in use at any given time. I'm also pretty good at tetris. I consider this set a great value and a must-have for any cocktail enthusiast (or even someone who's just tired of using their college shot glass collection and household silverware). I noticed a number of reviews mentioned the box not being in good condition and I honestly don't remember whether mine was or not so my advice is not to let that stop you from buying this set for yourself or as a gift.

My wife and I were very ecstatic to find this set. We have been wanting one for a while and after searching, I came across this one. We were blown away upon opening the set, it came with everything we needed and wanted. Not to mention the quality of the product is phenomenal. It also seems like a great gift, we will be buying more in the future as gifts for friends and family. Great set!

Purchased this set as I am in the process of opening a bar and want to learn more cocktail making from home, for experimental purposes. Bought this set and it comes with SO MUCH! including a cocktail recipe book. It's great quality and looks great!
