Heavy duty, but there is still a little sag if the shelf is heavy. I used 3 of these on a 2 foot long shelf. Granted, the shelf is heavy, 2" thick walnut, but we couldn't put a small microwave on it like he had hoped, without it noticeably sagging. Works great for light duty.

These floating shelf brackets will support more weight than you will ever need, but they have to be installed correctly. Find the stud, cut the drywall to expose the stud, mount the bracket vertically by putting screws through all four holes, repair the drywall. Use a hole centering jig as a guide for drilling the holes in the shelf. I used five brackets screwed to studs to support a 2 inch thick, 8 inch wide, 7 foot long shelf. The bracket pin is 1/2 inch in diameter so use a 5/8 or even a 11/16 drill bit, especially if using multiple brackets. You can squirt a little silicone adhesive into the hole to hold it for a long, long time.

The 6” bars that stick have some play, not as sturdy as I would’ve liked. I mounted using both drywall anchors as well as straight into studs, both gave me similar results. The mounts were used to support 12” deep maple shelves, so heavier than most woods, but still way below the “100lb” rating of these mounts. Shelves were probably 40 ish pounds dry, with two mounts for each shelf. Once shelves were attached, they immediately began to sag. Since my fit/holes were so tight, I couldn’t remove them without destroying drywall. So I Had to buy and install L braces underneath shelves to bring shelves back to perpendicular with wall. I had the same results with three different shelves, and 6 different mounts. So Unfortunately I cannot recommend :(, maybe you would have better results with lighter shelves, and/or not as deep of shelves? Idk, definitely not capable of holding 100lbs without sag :(
