CREMA on your Espresso
Someone who owns this machine has stated the machine does not make crema on top of the espresso.In order to get crema with this machine, you have to make sure the beans are grounded down to nearly Turkish powder and you have to tamp hard. You should get a double dose of espresso with crema within 26 seconds with 18.5grams of ground beans. The flow rate of this machine is very fast, too fast in my opinion. To slow the flow rate, just open the steam valve and your espresso pours.

You will never get Crème from this machine
I have owned this machine for over 3 years. It reliably steams milk quickly. It does make coffee with your ground beans. It will NOT make Crème for your espressos. Awfully pricey for a machine that won’t do that, when you can get a $99 dollar Delonghi that makes excellent Crème . Keep shopping
