Daisy and the Trouble with Nature (Daisy Fiction) Review: Too much of "the trouble with"s - It's a little to much of "the trouble of"s. But it is still interesting. Review: My daughter (7) is absolutely obsessed with these books - she is ploughing through them all at a rate, reading them independently, and its a struggle to get her to put them down to go to sleep! Therefore I assume they are brilliant books - if not in story then in their ability to grab and keep the interest of young readers.

I am doing a reading challenge which includes asking a friend or relative for a book recommendation and my great-niece Gabi recommended this (amongst many pretentious recommendations from other family members). And now I am hooked on Daisy books. The trouble with that is that I was supposed to be going to sleep last night but started reading it and kept my partner awake giggling and reading bits out loud. And I don't want to go on and read the books in my reading challenge because I want to read another Daisy book. Kes Gray, you are a genius writer. I now have to choose between 'The origin of consciousness in the breakdown of the bicameral mind' or 'Daisy and the Trouble with Vampires' and you are making it very difficult. And I bet the bicameral mind hasn't got pictures!

Great story, My daughter (7) and i spend time reading every night before she goes to bed. She absolutely loves reading the Daisy books and we both get a giggle and enjoyment out of them. Easy for my daughter to follow along and enjoy.

My 6 year old loved this book. Daisy is a funny character and the pictures along the way break your the text. Nice short chapters n

These amazing,mind-blowing characters are DAISY,the adventurous, annoying, friendly girl,GABBY,Daisy's best friend and one thing I hated about her is that she....she.....she......doesn't really stick up for herself, she just follows Daisy's example. Those girls both are really annoying, especially Daisy.I much prefer JACK,the fun-loving,cheeky,brave boy.I loved this book, but I'm going to give you my honest opinion - this was kinda a short, boring book.
