Goalrilla 9" Basketball Anchor System Installs In-Ground and Allows Goalrilla Hoop to Move with You

This worked and worked as advertised. Very simple system. Follow instructions and you’ll have great results. Bottom of goal should NOT sit on the concrete surface by design. Post holds the goal about half inch about the top of the concrete. Had 5 other guys help letting the goal into place so I could secure it with the bolts. Been solid for years. No cracking or movement. I had to dig and pour the concrete myself. Wasn’t a fun job being that it was my first time. All the concrete companies were booked just after the pandemic restrictions were lifted. Everybody had projects and this heavy duty basketball goal was mine. I have a goalrilla post. Goal doesn’t sway or flex too much. The top will not be 100% immovable when shooting hoops. The ball will make the goal shake slightly but it’s not unbearable. Very playable. Very satisfied with the results. I recommend this for in-ground goals with concrete footings.

The product was great and worked but it was missing washers to hold it together. The box was ripped open and 2 of the washers were scattered in our driveway, and we had to go buy the rest that were missing.

Perfect to secure my Goalrilla hoop to the ground. Digging a 48 inch hole was a chore. But the anchor kit worked perfectly and it was easy to level. Took a few adjustments once I plunged it into the wet concrete. But used a level and got it to be perfect!

Be careful before you buy this. Goalrilla, Silverback and Goaliath are all made by the same company. Goalrilla's are 5 inch pole goals and the other two are 4 inch poles. they use different anchor systems. There is a 9 inch spacing on the Goalrilla connection bolts and a 7 inch spacing on the Goaliath and Silverback systems. Amazon said people that bought my Silverback goal also bought this Goalrilla anchor system, so i did too. Thanks Amazon and thanks previous person for not writing a review. I noticed the Silverback goal came with an anchor system already (the right one) after i had already finished setting this Goalrilla anchor system in the concrete. I was able to pull it out and replace it with the correct one, but the mistake made me dig too big of a hole and lose $110 dollars on an anchor system. Even if the description of the goal doesn't say it comes with an anchor system, it probably does. the product itself is fine though. I gave it 1 star to get your attention before you buy it.

Moved the kid's NBA size Gorilla goal from last house to new. Purchased this Anchor system and it was so easy to install. I feel very safe with the kids hanging on the goal because of this system. Highly recommend.

The 9" base was a little bigger for the hole placements. I my base is 6" so luckily I still had it and the rest of the tools worked perfectly. I thought that it was the description said it was for my hoop set, but maybe not. Either way it was perfect for what I needed.
