You can download the software from Creative's website in their Support area. That said, Windows 8 and 8.1 have built-in drivers for the card.

Does this card have a stereo Line Out capability?

The sound blaster card that I have has 3 line out ports for your speakers & 1 line in for your microphone. I hope this helps you.
