Longer than your usual ‘curly’ pasta.
Nice one. Total value for money. Cooks easy, as it should. If you are Mediterranean like me, this will be the ultimate taste of home made pasta, with added fork twirling and forever slurping. If your husband is English like mine, you might wanna cut the pasta up before serving it in a bowl, with a spoon. It was a win-win. Loved it. Good to know I can get Garofalos online 👍🏽

Excellent pasta!
A very fine graded pasta that cooks very quickly (be warned, al dente means you need to reduce cooking time and watch it like a hawk!) and makes for a fantastic accompaniment to range of dishes and soups. The only problem was the delivery driver who did not bother coming to the house but instead threw this and other foodstuff packages into a dirty wheelie bin and claimed they had been placed 'behind the bin' when the Amazon photo showed them at the bottom of the bin! Complaint dealt with by Amazon to their credit.

A good buy
I can not get this type of pasta locally so was very pleased to see it on Amazon. It arrived in a brown paper bag, in its own cellophane wrapping and, apart from 2 small corners that had chipped off, is in perfect condition. Cooks well and tastes good. A good buy.

I use this as an alternative to spaghetti for pasts dishes such as e pepe and carbonara, because its thicker it holds the sauce really well

richtige Pasta ist eben richtige Pasta, ich mußte echt in die Jahre kommen, um den Unterschied zu Barilla & Co. kennenzulernen. Nun kenn ich ihn, nun bleibts dabei, die Nudeln kommen aus Italien. Hab allerdings in einem italienischen Feinkostladen um die Ecke noch eine bessere - trotzdem preiswertere - Alternative entdeckt.
