Helping my Diverticular
After a bit of research I found that these might help with Diverticular issue's, so I thought I would give them a try and see what my own experience is with them. Well for me personally, they work soooo well at stopping myself getting a big diverticular flare up, so they're worth a 5 star!. Bottled with clear instructions, ingredients and also the supplements themselves are not too big and easy to swallow. No after taste with these, though you might taste the peppermint if you burp after using them. I highly recommend and will continue to use them.

Really like these. Literally start working as soon as you finish your glass of water. I take them daily, not miracle workers for bloating but definitely help to relieve wind pain as you release it pretty quickly!

Seem to help a little bit when you've got a gas and bloating but not a hugely wouldn't buy them again but they were okay and helped a little bit
