UPDATE: I've now purchased the "pet" brushroll, and like it even better than the wood floor roll. I find the pet brushroll has better scrubbing power than either of the other two and--with multiple cats, and one is very senior and more prone to making messies now, and since messes often happen while I'm at work or asleep at night...those kitty messes sometimes are dried onto the floor by the time I can discover them. This pet roll makes it easier to get the floor cleaner faster than the other two, as the combo of bristles with the extra fluffy buffing fibers seems to reduce the streaking I experienced with the multi-brush while powering through crustier spots better than the softer wood floor roll. Very glad I bought this. The Crosswave machine version I bought only came with the default "multi" brush roll, but that was not really working well on my brand new manufactured (engineered?) wood floors (I'm not quite sure what the composition is because this place is new to me, and the flooring was re-done right before I moved in). This Wood Floor brush roll seems to wash a little more evenly/smoothly, and is less likely to leave streaks--although, I think the cleaners are as-much-or-more responsible than the brush roll where the streaking is concerned… Anyway, I do like this one, it helps that expensive Crosswave work a bit better for my particular floors, and it fits the machine perfectly. It came on time, packaged well, and arrived in brand new condition.
