I don't know what everyone was doing wrong in the negative reviews, but this works great. If you hold the product upside down, OF COURSE the filings and dead skin will fall onto the floor and make a mess. It works for me if I hold my foot up (or rest on something) and go underneath and file it down. The cap really does hold onto the debris as long as you don't tip upside down. Easy to use, good quality, and works! My heels are thanking you!!! Just be careful: This thing works extremely well, and I wanted to hack away at my toes and that was not pleasant, unless you are more gentle. I almost grated some cheese in a painful way on my toes. Works very well for foot and heel!

Honestly the best foot file I have ever purchased, they are effective and yet still gentle on the skin. Results are better than a pedicure I am so impressed I only want to use these! 10/10 A* rating!

Rarely do I write a review but had to for this!I build up callus quickly on my feet.Hands-down the best callus remover I have ever used. Can use it dry, very light pressure and removed it quickly, efficiently, and painlessly!! I will purchase again!
