It worked until it didn't
I have one of these that has worked fine for the past 3 years. Yesterday it would get stuck in the on position and wouldn't turn the pump off after the sump basin was empty. The sensor was clean and free from any calcium build-up. I'm unsure if the company is still in business or not. Their website is up but the "contact us" form doesn't work and gives an "access denied" error. I tried their phone number but no one answered when I pressed 1 for warranty claims. It rang for 3 minutes before an automated message stated no one was available. I'd give this 5 stars had it not quit working and have me now questioning their customer service. If my warranty claim gets resolved, I may bump the rating up.
