My husband was craving bananas for weeks. turns out, if your body is non-stop craving bananas, you may be low on magnesium. I use this brand on autoship so we never run out. his banana craving went away but also, his bowel movements have been more regular! his sleep hasn’t really changed, we have a baby and two dogs so we’re usually up in the middle of the night changing a diaper or taking a dog out for a midnight potty break. But they seem to be doing their job ! no taste or anything weird to them. i do enjoy that they come in a glass jar. it feels a little nicer than a plastic bottle.
