The medium size was too small for my thin Siamese cat, so I ordered the large and it is fine. When I tried to return the small size Amazon asked for $6.00 unless I took it to a department store for the return. The first one had a defective zipper, and it did end up with no charge, or so I thought. When I took the box to UPS they asked for $1.00 since I hadn’t taped it, because I read I didn’t have to tape it. Now I have tape at home and could easily have taped the box, had I known. I did not have my purse with me since I was on my way to the gym and never take a purse. The nice clerk said not to worry, but I feel like I owe him $1.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased 2 of the small bags for my pups, who are 11.6 lbs each. They fit comfortably, and we allowed them to familiarize themselves with the bag prior to our trip. I recently traveled on Spirit Airlines and the bag was slightly too big (tall when laying down) to fit under the seat in front, but I quickly solved this by removing the bottom feet of the bag which easily comes off. I liked that there is a leash attached to the bag, which I attached to my dogs harness, allowing me to leave the window open for better airflow without worrying she would try to get out of the bag.I wish the bag had a luggage strap, however. the bag did get heavy, and the straps are so wide they hurt my arms and, at one point, cut off my blood circulation to my right arm. It was convenient to be able to roll the bag at that point. The side pockets are large and I was able to pack treats, water bottle, pee pads and their leash with room to spare. I do not think the insert is removable so I'm not sure how I would wash it if needed. Overall, this is the best travel case I have used thus far.Only negatives, as I mentioned, were the uncomfortable straps (too wide), so again I wish they could add a luggage strap so I could place it on my roller bag instead.

Works great pet loves to go along. We put in car hook seatbelt, put on golf cart hook seatbelt, roll or as backpack dogs love to go. Zipped up keeps them safe.

I like the fact that this is a pretty sturdy backpack / stroller but it is a little bit awkward for my pug who outgrew it right after I bought it. She weighs 13 lb and it's very hard to transport her via backpack. Thank goodness there are rollers so I can pull her LOL!

Perfect for transporting my four legged friend through the busy airport and a comfy bed for her during the ✈️ flight. Great pick!

My 6lb Yorker fit perfect, and it went under the plane seat with no problems 🐶🥰

she loved the easy to use features. it's lightweight and her kitty loved being rolled around

I like the fact that it fits my 16 pound poodle. I strap it into the car seat and she loved looking out at all the car while she is safely strapped into the carrier. I had to put her bed under it to get it high enough for her to see out. The zippers are a bit flimsy so don’t know how long it will last, but for now, she loves it.

No me.parece que sea de lujo, es difícil de montar porque los hierros no encajan bien, las instrucciones son escasas y no se dónde poner la cinta que va en medio. No la veo muy estable.
