I have been taking 1 a day for the past 2 weeks. It has made a great difference in my IBS symptoms. This product has worked very well for me. It was shipped cold, and remained cold until arrival. In addition, it helped sold a 4 month diarrhea issue. I have tried many probiotics, but this one seems to be making a difference. I hope it continues.

Wry good probiotic. But very expensive

These probiotics were recommended to me by my GI doctor, and I can honestly say they’ve made a significant difference in my gut health. For a long time, I struggled with constant bloating and discomfort.
