I was hesitant ordering such a big ticketed item from a seller with no reviews. However after many hours of research, this was the best couch I can find with everything we wanted, especially the high quality leather. Seller communicated very quickly and shipment was really fast. We got the product within two weeks. The sofa is delivered on two crates, but putting it together was really simple and takes only one person, however does require some heavy lifting for the two end bottom pieces. Once put together, it’s so beautiful and takes your room to the next level. The leather is very soft and VERY comfortable. We are in love with this couch!

I have owned this trio of seats for a little less than 2 years now. I am astounded at the lack of durability and therefore quality of this 2000 dollar peice of furniture. I did not buy an extended warranty because I assumed that a 2000 dollar peice of furniture would stand the test of time more than what I got out of it. This was purchased as my primary couch for my living room. I don't have kids, and I haven't had pets for the majority of the time I owned this, and the pets I now have are just cats. The leather itself has held up quite well with them. Otherwise it's just my fiance and myself.The structure of the couch has started to collapse on one seat, and on the same seat, the zipper the closes in the padding of the foot rest has broken and now it's destroying itself when we raise and lower the footrest. The controls for the OTHER powered recliner chair have now failed and I can't move anything on the chair now.This 2000 dollar sofa style movie theater seating seems borderline chinese knockoff quality, other than the leather.Very disappointed in this seating. Less than 2 years old with very simple and normal everyday usage, and it's essentially worthless now.

Shipping was fast and putting the seating together is easy enough that one person can do it, I did it alone. The quality is amazing, the seating is comfortable in all positions.

Just pass the warranty period, the controler failed, which cost just under one hundred dollars. I would not recommend, as Valencia must be putting in low quality electronics that will cost you more than you expect.

I bought this sofa for our new remodel and the seats are absolutely luxurious. I had a problem at first but it doesn't hamper the operation of the foot rest so we have adapted. Recently retired we both wanted to be sure we had our own space. The Napa leather is so soft and comfortable, has held up well, but the control panel on the right chair shorted out. The customer service rep was very responsive, sent needed part in mail, installed after checking out how on utube. Two things; product only 9 months old and the control panel kaput, wonder how long they are intended to work, hmmmm. 3 stars, if you are ok with bringing 400lb pieces each in their own box & install your own parts this is the sofa for you.

This couch is absolutely amazing! We initially purchased another brand, I was not satisfied so we found the Valencia Theater Seating. The quality of this chair made me return my other set and replace it with this model. The leather feels so soft and really adds to the entire home theater experience. This is by far the best leather seating I have ever purchased.

The chairs hook together but are not "fixed" together.The 2 power buttons control the head rest, and the leg lift, but you can't lean the back of it back by itself. You have to extend the leg lift all the way to get the back to move.There is no "velco" or securing straps for tying up the wires in the back, and the wires are not the right lengths.The fold down center section ends up being too high when it's in the "down" position.I had to give it a 3 star rating as it's not the quality it's claimed to be.

We love our new chairs! They are so soft and supportive and look very nice in our DIY theater room. I had a hiccup with getting all the correct pieces from their warehouse, but customer service is excellent!! Even the freight shipping company was nice to work with. Big shout out to Bethany for the constant follow-up and making sure that everything was better than okay in the end! Highly, highly recommended!
