Extremely Satisfied!
I struggled with finding an office chair that met a good balance between cost and features. It's difficult when you can't try them before buying; so much so that I almost purchased one from Staples out of frustration. So I researched and compared and read reviews. This chair checked all my requirements but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. After weighing the pros and cons of buying a cheaper chair, I decided to purchase this one. I am so very impressed with this chair, that I felt compelled to share my feedback. PROS 1) Packaging was meticulous. Everything was placed and wrapped well. 2) Assembly was a snap. Instructions were easy to follow. 3) All the bolts and caps had one extra. 4) The best Allen wrench ever provided, lol. Seriously, it had a nice handle attached. 5) Comes with 2 sets of caster wheels, one being very nice rollerblade style for extra smooth mobility especially on carpet. 6) The chair is heavy and sturdy with an aluminum base. Everything felt durable and high-quality. 7) Ergonomics are superb. Very supportive and comfortable. 8) Folding armrests, which was something I was looking for specifically. 9) Comfortable, adjustable headrest. CONS 1) The only con, which is not an issue as long as you are aware before you buy, is that it is a tad bit tall, even at its lowest position. I am 5'10" and will use it at the lowest position. If you are shorter than that or have shorter legs, it may be an issue. Also, the default caster wheels (no blade style), are about an inch shorter, so that is an option if you need it. So far, I am extremely satisfied with everything about this chair. It is well worth the cost. I haven't sat in it for long periods of time yet, but if anything changes, I will update my feedback accordingly. I hope this helps someone else who is researching which chair to buy. The struggle is real, lol!

Great chair and Satisfied Customer A+
This chair was very quick to assemble, it did not take me hours. Everything you need comes in the box with even extra screws in case one goes missing. The box came nicely packaged, none of that cheap brown box with items just thrown into it. The presentation from this brand felt very nice and it was my initial feeling when I received the chair. As I opened the box I found every part packaged with other extra little boxes inside to keep everything more protected which I appreciated. Surprisingly, I assembled it in less than 10 minutes. The directions are very straightforward and easy to follow. The chair is a mid-size chair so it doesn't take up a lot of space but still can accommodate an average-sized adult (I am 6 foot 1 inch tall, and 180lbs). If you need extra space this chair is great because you can put the arms up and slide the chair into your desk to create more space. It's very comfortable and I am very pleased with it. I like the fact that the fabric is breathable and easy to clean. It is firm but supportive with some bounce to it. More importantly, it breaths and ventilates so I can sit in it and work for hours! If you need extra cold air, I sometimes place a fan behind me and I can feel the air going through the mesh backrest. The high adjustable headrest is a bonus if you want to recline resting your head. It offers great back support with excellent lumbar support, the most comfortable office chair I have ever had. The chair is adjustable for various heights and reclining tension. You can also make the chair lock at the upright position does it doesn’t recline. The chair swivels very smoothly and the added roller blade wheels let me glide across my wooden floor effortlessly. This is well-engineered chair which is intuitively user-friendly. This is an amazing business chair for your office or for your at-home office, and don’t forget gaming and lounging while watching a movie! I’m very happy with my purchase. 5 Stars.

Solid four stars, and on the verge of five.
ASSEMBLY A bit of a challenge for one person to hold the pieces together, but no worse than comparable chairs. The instructions were clear, and the labels really helped. The best part was the included Allen wrench. It's not the usual tiny one you get with most furniture, and I'll be keeping for future items like this. My one request is better labeling of the screws. The difference between 8 x 0.79mm and 8 x 0.98mm isn't something most of us can eyeball. You can easily figure out which is which by counting them, but it'd be even easier if they were labeled on the package. FLIP-UP ARMS I'm a guitar player, so this (or similar) feature was mandatory. Most chairs I've tried with flip up arms were low-quality. This one is far better, and not that much more expensive. The quality difference from a $139 chair to this $239 chair is definitely worth it. Still not perfect, but I'd definitely recommend it to other guitar players. SMELL Out of the package, it had a chemical smell. That's pretty typical, but if you're sensitive to such things plan accordingly and give it time to air out. HEIGHT The minimum height of the chair (in its lowest position) is a smidge too high for me. That's easily solvable with a foot rest, but a 5 star product wouldn't need that. Conversely, the height of the back is a smidge lower than what I need. Even with the headrest in its highest position, it cuts into my shoulders a bit, and I can't fully relax into it without slouching forward. Again, it's a great chair, but not quite 5 stars. Interstingly, they nailed the arm height for my taste. I've rarely found a chair with arms high enough, and far enough back for my comfort. I want my elbows to be supported; not my forearms. This one is just about perfect. Since a lot of the height is from the cushion, it'll be interesting to see how well that cushion holds up over time. NOISE Almost none. No squeaks or creaks so far; just the sound of the parts moving together. WHEELS The description is a bit misleading, but I'm actually glad. The description makes it sound like you get two sets of blade wheels. First, that's an immediate red flag, right? Why give you two sets unless they expect them to break? Second, I wasn't sure if I wanted blade wheels because they might deform the mat. It's basic physics - you're spreading the same weight over five points of contact or ten. Thankfully, the box actually comes with one set of blades and one set of traditional two-wheel casters. That way, I don't have to worry. The blades are far better quality than the traditional casters, but still a bit clunkier than I'd expected. MESH/NETTING Not as soft as advertised. It's soft in the sense that the seat is cushiony. However, the fabric itself is very rough to the touch. I wouldn't want to have to sit in this while wearing shorts. VERDICT I've only had it assembled for two days now, but so far I'm very happy with it. It's solid and comfortable, and has no noticeable manufacturing defects. A taller... or better yet, adjustable... back height would make it even better. Same for a head rest that can go a little higher, and mesh that isn't so rough.

It was easy to assemble and it feels comfortable, sturdy and strong. It looks real sharp in my home studio. The only negative is the mesh seat, as much as it’s confortable now, I hope it keeps its shape and doesn’t stretch out over time. I guess I’ll have to find out for myself, back to work !

Muy buena silla, fácil de armar, puedes seleccionar entre dos tipos de rueda. Al estar sentado por varias horas no te cansas y el material se siente de buena calidad, es transpirable

Comfortable, easy to assemble and good looking chair. A little high if your are not as tall, I am 5’7” and I find it high even in the lowest height setting. Overall good chair.

Una pesadilla limpiar justo debajo del asiento pero fuera de eso excelente.

I tend to work for very long hours at my computer and this chair has held up excellently for the two months I have had it so far. My lower back doesn’t hurt like it used to and you can’t put a price on that! Also, the armrests go up and down which is extremely useful if you like strumming the guitar :)
