NO RETURN ON THIS ITEM

I’ve always loved Dulce de Leche Chimbote—this brand has been a favorite since I was young in Argentina, and its quality has always been top-notch. However, this time, I am genuinely disappointed. The product arrived open, as shown in the picture, which meant it wasn’t safe to use. I couldn't use it for my Thanksgiving plans, and I couldn’t return it or get a replacement. This is unacceptable for such a trusted brand. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future because I do love the product itself.
