Nicest porridge I have ever had. I have tried all three flavours, the regular, the chocolate and the banana. I absolutely love all three. Protein Works make lovely instant porridge. I wish they'd offer more flavours.

Tastes good!
It's very sweet, but I've got a sweet tooth and I love it. Tastes great, it's filling, texture is just the same as regular porridge but it has the bonus of the added protein. It's a little pricey but what protein foods aren't these days.

The porridge is good, the taste is so-so, it doesn't actually taste as banana and the chocolate part is almost totally missing, I think it should have a side note that it may contain some chocolate flakes. Is easy to prepare and great for a after-sport food. However the total amount of the product is a bit less, with a realistic intake maybe it will last for 6 or 8 bowls (just normal soup bowl). Hence the 3 starts. It actually could be better to just buy whey-protein and the flakes separately.
