Underberg Natural Herb Bitters, 2-Ounce (Pack of 5)

This stuff has ben around for a very long time, at least 50 years +. The tastes is challenging but trink it at one's and you forget about that when you feel better quickly.

If you have what I call a "sour stomach" this product works great. Be aware that this tastes pretty bad, but it really works for me!! I even keep some in my locker at work.

We keep these on hand to support digestion after a big or rich meal and they’re super helpful! Definitely an acquired taste, they are as bitter as the name suggests. But I find them quite enjoyable and appreciate the benefits.

I love treating my dinner guests to a shot of this at the end of the meal. Some say it reminds them of Jagermeister.

Frankly, I am addicted to these sharp little aromatic bombs. The flavor of Underberg is difficult to describe, but think a Jagermeister and Amaro blend that actually tastes good. Slightly oily on the tongue with a sharp and eye-opening herbal bitterness that fades right along with the blast of hot alcohol, leaving a pleasing warm fresh sensation behind. Underberg really DOES work as stomach-settler and palate-cleanser, and I suspect also as a drink-enabler. For some reason after a few drinks and a single bottle of this, I am absolutely ready to drink MORE. I'm unsure exactly what German devilry is at work here, but I do know I want more of it. So will you. I use it on flights, at home after meals and even sip on this in movie theaters. Additionally,I usually have a brace stashed in my glove box for emergencies. Underberg also doubles as a decent breath-freshener in a pinch.
