I can’t say enough positive things about Broc elite. Me and my husband have been taking it for 7 weeks now and there has been vast improvement. Now, I’ll add that we’ve also been taking Neupril L-Methylfolate but we’ve both been feeling great. We’re calmer, less frustrated or overwhelmed, able to concentrate more and just all around feeling better. It’s costly to keep up with BUT it’s well worth the expense. I’d strongly suggest trying it for those who are on the fence.

I can't tell whether they work or not. Because I didn't feel any different after taking them So i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and give them five stars.Since they didn't seem to harm and they are small, so easy to swallow.

I must update this review. After a week of severe pain I went to the ER and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. The onset coincided with my beginning of taking this supplement. Once I complete the course of antibiotics, I will try this again. I apologize as I had no idea anything else was going on with me until yesterday. I will review this again at a later date. My doctor recommended this for health reasons and I purchased it immediately. I began taking 2 caps daily. I have never had such a dramatic reaction to a supplement. The digestive issues and abdominal pain are beyond anything I have ever experienced. I stopped taking this 2 days ago and still have severe digestive problems, gas, pain and diarrhea. Be careful. If you think it’s broccoli and can’t hurt you, think again.
