It is a torque wrench complete with a full set of hex keys. You will want to use a torquing pattern like one uses on the head bolts on an engine. The wrench contains instructions. You will also need a small tube of blue lock-tight. Both are available from Amazon.

Q: does it properly attach to the crosman 1077

I don't have a 1077 but this should fit any air gun with 11mm dovetail mounting rails. I put them on a PCP air gun, they fit well and hold the scope securely.

Q: How tall are these rings from top to bottom?

Overall height is about 2 inches. From the top of the rifle receiver to the barrel of the scope is about 1 inch.l

Q: Would this work on a tikka t3 with 17mm rail

Depends on caliber and recoil. The Tikka is light weight and if caliber is greater than 5.57/.223 you probably need rings that are made for a High Power Caliber.
