This is a great alternative to dumping creatine in a drink daily. Easier to just add with my normal vitamins daily.

So let's say we take 5 grams of creatine a day which is the recommended amount. I would need to consume 10 pills a day. This product only containing 60 pills; It doesn't even last a week.It is convenient, so I will give it that.

The dosage isn’t effective. 5grams a day is the minimum effective dosage and the pills are 500mg each. You would have to take 10 a day to have any benefit. Doesn’t makes sense when you can do 1 five gram scoop of virtually any other creatine and be done with it. That being said if you want to take that many pills this seems to be a good product.

Its just creatine but a good way to supplement when you may not get enough during the day or with your pre work out. I take it mostly because it’s evl brand and I’ve had good results with their other sups

It’s an easier way to get the creatine in for the day. The only con is that I have to take too many to reach de amount of creatine that I need for the day.
