Excellent Treadmill!
I really love this treadmill! It is a perfect size and it not too big or bulky, so it fits in our house nicely. It has a good size belt and is very comfortable to walk on. It was quick and easy to set up. It even has wheels for moving it to a different room if we want. The armrest lets me hold on for security and it has the emergency stop. The belt moves smoothly and the machine is quiet. I like being able to use the blue tooth to get my music and my husband loves to watch his shows while exercising. The speed settings are great, and I can start out slow and work my way up then slow back down. It feels sturdy and made well. The touchscreen is easy to use and I really like having the display below so I can see how long I have walked, how far, and even how many calories burned. It's just a really fun machine to use and makes exercise easy. I love that it is simple but very effective and versatile in that we can do a slow walk all the way up to a run. I am so happy we got this treadmill. I think it is an exceptional value for the money.

Amazing product. Easy setup!
This is my second purchase from this company!! I bought the same treadmill for myself 3 years ago. It’s still in great shape. Love it so much I purchased this one from my mom. It was easy to set up. She’s been walking every day and says she loves hers, too! Highly recommend.

Nice but…
I liked the IDEA of this treadmill more than the actual treadmill itself. I read the other reviews and thought I’d try it anyway. Many people complained about an E07 error as soon as they turned it on. That error is because the safety magnet is not attached. Once I attached the safety magnet under the handle, the error went away and the treadmill worked fine. My likes: It’s compact. When folded flat, it measures 4 inches tall and has a pretty small footprint. It is about 85lbs and has wheels to move it around once you stand it up. It came with a remote control to increase or decrease speed and has optional handles (note: if you screw the handles on, you cannot fold it flat). The display handle is visually pleasing to look at. It has a phone holder. I did not test the speaker sound. There is a lock to secure the display handle while walking. My dislikes: I have arthritis in my knee and felt like there wasn’t enough shock absorption when walking. My knee throbbed for 2 days after walking on it the first day. I also have a long stride and the track didn’t seem long enough (or wide enough), so I felt like I was taking a bunch of shorter steps. You have to either have pockets or hold on to the remote control while walking because there is no place to put it down and it doesn’t come with a wrist lanyard. The display has a bunch of numbers on it but they don’t exactly match the speed you are walking. You can only push 2 of the buttons on the display - start and +/-. I do not think the the speeds indicated were accurate. For example, I can normally walk 3mph with no problem carrying a conversation. On this machine, I set it to 2.7mph and I was completely out of breath as if I were running. Not sure if speeds were in km/h or mph (even if the 2.7 was km/h, that equates to about 1.7 mph so I should not have been winded). I don’t think it tracks distance correctly. I usually walk an 18 minute mile and after 18 minutes on this machine, it told me I had gone 0.7 miles. When you increase or decrease speed, the actual speed is shown on a display by your feet while the display on the handle lights up a number it’s close to. For example, when walking 2.7mph (according to the foot display), the handle display lit up the number “2.4”. It’s too strange and weird for me to track my speed and distance when I have two displays telling me two different things. The phone holder grips your phone sideways. If you are tall and want to watch a video on your phone, you are putting a lot of strain on your neck looking down. (I’m only 5’6”). The phone holder does allow a tablet to sit up on it, but it’s not secure, so I wouldn’t chance it without a shockproof case, just in case it falls on the floor. I walked on it one time and decided to return it. Because there was no defect, the company refunded me all but $60. They sent me a paid FedEx label and I had to pack the treadmill back up in its original box (had to go buy some packing peanuts and packing tape) and make arrangements to get it shipped back to them. Little bit of a hassle because you have to work around the schedule FedEx gives you for pick up. So, if you buy this item, KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX until you’re sure you want to keep the treadmill. And know that, if you send it back just because you don’t like it, you will not get refunded your full purchase price.

Good unit for price
Just started using it and so far it works really well for the intended use. Arrived okay but with a scratched paint on the corner. I will contact the company about it if they have a touched up paint, heavier than I thought it would be. Picture on how to oil the belt not clear on instruction unit. Easy to put together. Will update as I use it more.

Shockingly bad customer service
Did my research and thought I was getting what I paid for. A working treadmill that had the features needed. Unpacking and assembly was not too difficult. The treadmill made a rubbing noise when 1st turned on. I lubricated it and subsequently followed instructions for a drifting belt issue several times when the rubbing noise continued. At that point I was told by Amazon to contact 3rd party seller, GoPlus. Go Plus responded to my message by giving me instructions that I had already followed prior to contacting them. I explained that in my follow-up message and asked what the next steps were. The response was as follows: "Can this be fixed in local market? You can also ask a technician to fix it for you. Does $60 can cover this cost? If not, please contact us and give us your advice." I replied that I was ok having a technician see if it can be repaired and asked how the process works, who provides the technician. The response I got back was "We don't have technician in your local. Could you please try to find the technician and ask him to fix it for you?" This was the last straw. I bought and paid for a treadmill that turned out to be defective and I am being asked to find someone and have them fix it for me? I am shocked at the customer service to say the least. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they have reached out to GoPlus on my behalf and asked them for a refund and a prepaid shipping label.

So far I'm thrilled - but before you use it: lubricate & attach ....
I was able to purchase this Costway Superfit treadmill (sold by GoPlus) on a really great deal of $34 off plus 20% coupon, so less than $200. For that, it's a super value bargain for me for what I received. yay! Also, I contacted customer service about something and they were super responsive - fast response and great solution. Overview: -Fits in small spaces very well -Lubricate before use if dry -Be sure to attach the safety cord so you don't have the E07 error code -Cord is 4 - 4 1/2 feet long so consider your space -Running on it easier if you are shorter -Easy to move with the wheels - fairly heavy but not overly so (but I'm strong) -Comes with remote, but controls on frame too. -Phone holder accommodated my iPhone 13 Pro. Detailed Description: This is perfect for small spaces. I have a tiny workout room that was a part of my garage wasted space that we put up a wall and made it into a workout room, so with my other workout equipment in there, there was very little space. But this portable treadmill fits so well, and I can move it around, too. BEFORE YOU USE THIS! >>>> You must do two things - first (making sure it's unplugged) check under the belt to see if it feels dry and if it does, add lubricant. Easy to do - you lift up the belt and squirt the lubricant along the track underneath the belt on both sides, then turn it on and let it run a bit to distribute the lubricant. Next you must attach the red safety thing - it's magnetized and fits under the fold down frame part - you can see where it fits. If you do not put the safety line onto the treadmill before you turn it on, it will give you the E07 error code. I showed this in my video but there are really great videos out there that show it better. It is a rather loud beeping when you turn it on but I didn't care as it is just for a moment. This moves easily. It's about 80-ish pounds and I was able to unpack it by myself (boy was it a process to unpack but that means it was protected well), and then I was able to roll and maneuver it into the little workout room. It is heavy but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. If you are not strong, you may need a little help. This is small but I am able to jog on it. I wouldn't full out run with a long stride (UPDATE: I did full out run on it and it did great!), but I could go on a pretty good clip. This will go fairly fast too. I am 5'2" and about 116 pounds so consider that I am able to run on it without problem - if you are taller, you may only be able to walk on this. The frame part pulls up and folds down - you can lock it in with the lever. I'm not a fan of the lever sticking out but I can live with it. When you turn it on, it makes these flashing light things - not sure if I like it but I'll end up ignoring it. It comes with a remote, but there are controls on the frame thing too, which I appreciated. So you don't have to use the remote if you don't want to. This doesn't have a lot of cushion like the regular sized treadmills so consider that for your needs. Doesn't bother me but if you like that bouncy cushion feel, you may want something larger or pay more for something more 'quality.' This looks pretty well made and I am hoping that keeping it lubricated and wiping it down regularly, etc, will have it working for a long time. And since only I am using it, I think that will extend its functionality too. The blue is striking and I like it, and it costs less than some of the other colors. One thing that could be an issue according to the space you put it in: the cord is not super long - about 4 to 4/12 feet. Since I have a small room, the cord is not an issue and I like that I won't have too long of a cord but your needs may be different. I am so far very happy with my purchase and for the money I spent, I'm thrilled.

Heavy like a Hell!!!!
Guys, I almost never leave reviews. This time I will. I gave five stars to this treadmill, but it has some disadvantages. This pack of iron is so terribly heavy that I can't explain it to you. There is no way you would want to be lifting it up against the wall or pushing it under your bed and be pulling it from there every time you use it. If you buy this treadmill you would place it somewhere and leave it on that spot always. I received mine today. No installment was needed. I didn't even install the handles because I didn't need them as I could normally walk on the treadmill without it. This is a walking pad, actually. I will be using it for walking only. It's not spacious enough nor strong enough for running. The running/walking space is too short and too narrow. The gum you walk or run on this treadmill is hard. It's not nearly as soft and/or comfortable as the one on big treadmills at gym. The good thing is, it's very quiet. However, I intend to do my exercise in the morning, while all my neighbors are at work, just in case. But, yeah, it's quiet and can be used in an apartment. The box is enormous. I am going to ask my friend if he has some room in his garage for it, but I don't have space in my apartment it. If my friend doesn't have any space for it, I will through it away, and if I want to sell the treadmill one day, I will sell it without box to whoever lives in my city (Los Angeles). I don't plan on returning it to the seller as it's so terribly heavy. It would be a terribly hard job to put the treadmill into the box, tape it, get it to the vehicle, and get it from the vehicle to wherever you would ship it from to the seller. That would be a nightmare. Two strong men could do that. I am a female. I live by myself and there's no way to get into that. I advise you to place the orange magnet on its place and never to remove from there, so that you don't lose it. I don't need it during my walk or run on treadmill. Overall, I am not impressed with the treadmill. I am not saying it's bad. I just got it. I don't regret the money I paid for it but it could've been better than it is. Good luck to all of you!

Works for short walks but not built for long term or running
Purchased in 2023. This walking pad worked well at slow speeds for the first 6 months and was fine for short walking sessions. Over time, it began to emit a noticeable smell when used for extended periods at low speed, so I limited use to about 20 minutes at around 3.5 mph. After roughly 3 years of moderate use (2–3 days per week), the display screen stopped working entirely, making it impossible to track distance or exact speed. Overall, it did serve its purpose for light, short walks, but if you plan to walk at slower speeds for more than 30 minutes at a time, I’d recommend investing in a higher-quality walking pad. It’s also not suitable for running. The unit will suddenly error out and stop, which could create a safety or injury risk.
