My little seven year old wouldn't put it down.

The book itself is good interesting got it for my little nephew. I got it used and I was expecting it to be some major wear and tear but there was only some slight bending on the binding.

I bought this book for my 8-year-old for Christmas. He loves it! He's had a fantastic time experimenting on our cats to figure out which paw is dominant, what they prefer to eat, what smells interest them. He came home from school and spent the afternoon building a cat fort, rather than playing video games, which is is his usual go-to activity. The cats are loving the attention (and the chicken they got in a couple of the experiments). This is a win for both boy and cats!

Since my elementary age son opened it, he has carried it to school, his dad’s house, and even on roadtrips proud to share with others the cool things you can do and we have done with our cat.

Our science-minded 6-year old grandson loves this. It is a bit wordy, but you can pick and choose what to read on each page. Activities are designed to be done with a parent or other responsible adult.
