Q: What laboratory makes this medicine? What country is it made in?

it says it's distributed by Velocity Pharma, in Farmingdale, NY. Looks like they might be a bulk packager but that's simply speculation on my part and in no way reflects any research or facts that I have found. it does say made in India on the bottle. That's all I have from reading the bottle. Seems to be working great for me.

Q: Does it help with swollen eyes?

I have not noticed specifically that it helps with eyes. I would try Pataday eye drops. I have severe tree pollen allergies and take Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride tablets daily as a general allergy medication. It may be helping with my eyes but I can't separate that specific symptom from the others.

Q: Is this product exactly like the Xyzal brand ?

As far as I can tell it is same but as I am not a chemist I can not say for sure! The pill looks the same and seems to work as Xyzal Brand! Hope this helps!
