Fantastic! It is difficult to find low heat whey protein, and even harder to find an affordable option that is from grass fed cows. I feel great when I take this, and because it is a low heat protein, heated below 120 degrees, it is not denatured in any way and can mix with my flax seed oil. The body will not recognize or use the flax seed oil if it is not mixed with a low heat protein. Great product, and I highly recommend.

I lost 115 lbs, and part of what helped with appetite control and muscle-building (dieting causes huge lean tissue lossess if you don't exercise and keep protein adequate) was whey protein. After reading various books, including some Paleo and Primal ones--though I'm not strict in any of those eating plans--I decided to buy better quality whey. Grassfed cows. No hormones, etc.This is one of the ones I used during my active weight loss phase (I'm trying to maintain my loss and it's FREAKIN' HARD), and that I still plan to use as I fight to keep off the loss. I like the simplicity of the taste and the good quality. I saw it recommended on a Paleo board back in 2011, and that's why I decided to try it.I've tried the vanilla, the chocolate, and the strawberry. I liked all of them. I slightly prefer the vanilla for it's benign flavor--mild, non-intrusive. That makes it more flexible for mixing with fruits for smoothies. Or just a quick chug on hurried days.I've bought twice from this vendor on Amazon (Swanson), and have had no problem with my orders.

One of the better tasting products out there; it isn’t overly sweet with artificial sweeteners like many products that I’ve tried. I just got it so I can’t say if it helps yet, but the vanilla flavor tastes mild, yet good, mixes well and price is right. Swanson is usually a good deal!

As some have stated there is a very, very slight menthol taste from the artificial sweetener, but it's very slight and it's pretty far down the list ingredients so I'm sure how much is in it as it is not listed on the dietary label. However, this is not a deal breaker for me as this is one of the best deals for one of the best forms of whey protein you can get. It still tastes very good straight, but it is usually mixed with almond milk, yogurt, honey and or fruits so the reported aftertaste is a non-issue. It mixes completely with absolutely no powder or gritty texture when mixed completely. Highly recommended.

Everyone in the family loves this product. I have to hide one container to insure I have some for my smoothies.

I really wanted to like this. I bought it to go with the THM eating plan. I NEED shakes for my weightloss success, and this didn't not turn out well. It's chalky, grained, and not delicious like everyone says it is. It's very expensive too. I feel like I wasted my money. But it shipped quickly, and I'll reuse the container. So, there's that.

I have tried dozens of protein shakes and meal replacements over the years. I've gotten to where I can't stand the artificial sweetener aftertaste, even stevia. This stuff is awesome! I imagine if you just mixed it with water, it won't be very tasty, but I don't even notice it just mixed with milk. When I put it in a smoothy with fruit and yogurt, it just adds texture and protein - no horrible tastes! It's also darn hard to find meat from grass fed and finished cows, it's even harder to find whey protein from grass fed cows. I really appreciate that Swanson's did this. I can't tolerate soy and can't have powders laced with vitamin/mineral supplements. This is perfect for me.

Seems to be OK quality, but the taste leaves something to be desired. Drink this in a smoothie with fruit and you won't have a problem, but in a blender bottle with almond milk it was not good.
