Has lent some wonderful vanilla notes to my baking and I like the fact that it is larger than the 60ml bottles you tend to buy. I would class this as a mid quality extract - but one that I would repurchase if needed.

I normally use Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract for home baking. I’ve had trouble finding it recently, and in stores there really is no decent equivalent. So I bought this hoping it would be of a similar quality. I am very pleased with it. It seems to have the same true and intense flavour as its rival brand, with a touch less bourbon, in my opinion. I will be buying again!

Ok not the best

Don’t know if it’s my imagination but even the cheffy favoured brands seem a bit weaker these days. I bought this originally when I couldn’t buy my regular premium extract. When I compared the smell and taste of this, I thought it was sweeter and more complex - did not expect that. So, when this one ran out, I ordered a second bottle. On comparing the smell of the last few mls to the new bottle, the new one seemed the same but weaker. Disappointing. I may have to go hunting for actual beans (also hard to find good beans in recent years). Will use this in conjunction with powdered vanilla to amp the flavour and provide the speckles.

Very disappointed with this product. I paid a premium price £15.99, only to find it does not contain vanilla pod seeds, which it states in the advertising it does. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Highly concentrated and wonderful in cakes and custard.

This is the best vanilla extracts I’ve tried and much better than the ones available in the supermarkets. I love how it is unfiltered and you get all the seeds in it. Will be buying more when I'm done with this bottle.

This product is very poor quality .... very watery. ....looked like it had been opened ... It has no smell of vanilla to and I have had to use nearly half a bottle to flavour one cake...plus hardly any seeds in the watery pale liquid..... Will not buy again I am used to much better standards of vanilla and very expensive.
