Trust me, If I can do it, so can you!
I am so happy with this product. It is easy to use with clear picture directions (although the words in the directions were in a little broken-English.) I used this product on a standard builder grade metal bathtub that is coated with a porcelain-type white coating. The color match was perfect, but this product is more of a matte finish than the shinier tub. So if you look super closely, you can see that it is less shiny. But, I am still very happy with the results. Background - We purchased our home new about 15 years ago. There was a part of the tub that recently started chipping off. I suspect that someone dropped a tile when constructing the home, and the builder had patched it. The patch peeled up and was unsightly. I had looked into another product, but that was too runny and smelled super toxic. This product was perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised that this did not smell at all! It comes with two jars that you mix in equal parts. You don't have to use all of it at one time. The kit came with a wooden stick to scoop it out of the jars. (A tip is to use a different stick for each jar. I used it twice, and some of it had hardened in the jar from my double dipping. The next time I used craft sticks instead.) You mix it together on cardboard, use a tool to apply it, and an included spatula to smooth it. You wait 18-24 hours. After waiting, you can apply another coat if needed. I did two coats because the dark tub still showed through after the first application. Wait another 18-24 hours, and then sand it with the included sandpaper. There is a more coarse sandpaper to use first, and then a finer sandpaper. The sandpaper was a different number rating than the directions said, but it was easy enough to figure it out. The kit also included plastic disposable gloves. If I can do this, you can too. It is like icing a cake. The product is a little thick, so it is best to work quickly. I found it had good results to try to get it as smooth as possible so it's less sanding later. To be honest, I was hesitant to sand on my bathtub, but I did so gingerly and it came out ok. I am very happy and maybe a little proud of my repair.

Handy Repair Kit! Effective.
The repair kit works well, but it’s smaller than I expected. It’s still effective for fixing small cracks and scratches on bathtubs, tiles, and shower bases. If you’re working on a bigger project, you might need more than one kit, but for smaller repairs, it gets the job done. Overall, a handy solution for quick fixes!

Repair appears good but obvious. No odor at all.
I performed this repair of over a 3 day period. Application 1-dry, application-2 dry, application 3 – dry. Sanding an polishing. As you can see in the pics, the initial hole is large and was wet inside as this is a shower surround.First pic is the hole that needed repairing, about the size of a quarter. I cleaned it out and used a hair dryer for a while to dry our the problem area until paper towel inserted no longer had any wetness. The last pic shows the finished product after sanding and polishing. It looks like the filling in a tooth but will stop water ingress. I didn’t expect it to match, so that is not an issue for me. I doubt you could get any repair system to match your repair area, but alas, maybe you are more skilled than I.Summary: I had repaired this spot several times with different brands of repair systems. All of them, including this one appear to be two-part epoxies, but I do have to say that this one has no odor whatsoever. The earlier repairs lasted about 9 months to a year before they deteriorated. Time will tell on this one. This one was a good bit thinner, which at first seemed to be an issue, but after learning how to work with it, I consider it a good feature as it seeped down into the crevices, so maybe it will do better than the others. At this point, I feel it is a good product. Should I have issues in the future, I will update this review.

Invisible Fix
Had an accident with an acrylic tub & chipped a corner. This did a good job without being tedious & having to sand a lot.

Came damaged
We bought this to use on a tub in our new house but didn’t get to it right away. When we did get to doing the work (because it has to be left to dry over a day or so) we opened the box to find this mess…. The products has exploded or opened or something. Luckily didn’t damage anything in our cupboard, but the product is certainly unusable. Would not recommend.

Porcelain repair kit.
It may be perfect for some things. It is a full kit with everything you need. Good directions. It just did not work for a 3/8” diameter hole in bowl of a brand new American Standard toilet. A tin Kleenex box fell off the tank top and landed on the toilet bowl and the corner punctured a hole in the porcelain. I stuffed the hole with steel wool and tried to apply this on top. It did not stick. I strictly adhered to the instructions. I cleaned and sanded it very good. It was very messy and never stuck well. It ended up falling off. It will work great for cracks, but not holes. American standard was no help even know the toilet was only 2 weeks old. It was made wrong. The bowl is paper this porcelain. Nice customer service AS. This seems like a good product, it was just not right for this job.

Fixed our tub
Bought this 8/20, Finally opened it and used 5/23. Matched our porcelain white tub. Sanded to a great finish. Can't tell the original finish from the repair unless you look closely. Easy to use - follow the instructions and wait 24 hours. We removed all the rust from the exposed metal of the tub, then used a plastic white take-out food container for mixing on a more stable surface. Started with coarser and finished with finer sandpaper than what was supplied to get a really good finish. Hardened to the consistency of the original tub porcelain. Would buy it again and recommend the product.
