Spot on PERFECT ! Brings me back to simpler times ....
I have purchased scents and colognes many times before on Amazon and I returned nearly all the products I purchased for the simple fact that the scent wasn't even close to what was advertised. Then Frank & Myrrh came along ! I purchased the Patchouli /Grapefruit fragrance and the moment I released a single spray I was in heaven ! So many companies fail on hitting the mark when it comes to Patchouli. Its either grossly too strong or sadly too subtle. Frank & Myrrh found that happy medium with Hippie Go Lucky! The scent of Patchouli brings me back to the more simple times in my life. It brings me back to camp fires, drum circles and kind loving people all sharing in the joy of life! The first time I smelled Pachouli was on a lovely girl with the smile of an angel. That day i feel in love twice , once with her and once with the amazing scent of Pachouli oil that complimented her beauty so well.. 30 years later I have looked and shopped around for that perfect scent to rightly compliment that moment in time. On a whim I bought Hippie Go Lucky hoping to find that perfect fragrance .... and I DID ! This is a top notch product ! I cant say enough about it! I look forward to trying their other products because if they come even close to the Hippie Go Lucky it will be money well spent ! Keep up the good work , Frank & Myrrh !! You got something Special here !

Perfect Hippie “Perfume”
This is just what I was looking for. I love the earthy wood scent with a hint of sweet vanilla. I am a big fan of patchouli so this is the body spray for me. Obviously where this uses natural essential oils the scent isn’t as strong and doesn’t last as long as other perfumes but that’s not what I was looking for. I’ve never been much of a fragrance or perfume wearer and was not looking for something that would knock people over when I greet them. Overall subtle and nice scent.

Very light
To be honest, when I first opened the bottle and sniffed, I was disappointed. The scent seemed watered-down, and smelled to me more like cedarwood than patchouli. I did not detect grapefruit at all. Then I sprayed it on, and waited. Unlike some scents that dissipate after spraying, this one seemed to intensify. It remained a light scent, but lost that "watery" scent it had straight from the bottle. Note that this will never have the full patchouli scent I remember from the 70s, but I was wearing pure patchouli oil then, whereas this is a diluted blend. But on the up side, this blend is probably more widely acceptable to people because it's not as intense. People tend to either love or hate patchouli, and I think even those who aren't so fond of it won't find this scent overpowering. It's a very warm, woody, earthy scent, but not at all heavy. To be honest, it is overpriced. This is essentially water with a few drops of essential oils and a small amount of carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil) which makes your skin absorb the essential oils better. I think about half the price would be more fair, considering the volume of water and tiny amounts of more expensive ingredients. You could literally make it at home. You do have to shake it well because oil and water don't mix. I'm not sure I'll buy it again simply because I'm bothered by the excessive price. For less money you could buy all the ingredients and make multiple bottles at home. I'm not trying to tank the company or anything; I'd happily purchase this again for convenience's sake, but not at this price. I hope they consider a more reasonable price point.

Beautiful Scent!
Love the smell and quality of this. I use for multi purposes. As a body spray I get tons of compliments. Love to spray on my shower curtain as well for a wonderfully scented relaxing shower. Not over powering, it’s just right! Lasts a long time!

Recommendations on their other patchouli scents, please!
Wondering if there is a lot of variation per bottle or something because some people are saying it's a barely noticeable scent and others are saying it's so strong you can add water when the bottle gets low and it will still be string smelling...mine is super weak. I sprayed 3 pumps on both forearms, 3 pumps on my throat, and 1 pump on each side of my neck and back of my neck. It's barely smellable. I got this because I didn't like patchouli growing up but smelled a patchouli candle in a store and was surprised how good it smelled. The sales rep said it all depends on how strong it's made and what other scents are blended with it. Well, this doesn't smell like patchouli at all, really. The good thing about that is nobody will call me a "stinky hippy" (something I was dreading, which is why I got the grapefruit blend)...the bad thing is it cost $21 or something and doesn't really smell like anything. It also feels a bit sticky on my skin. Maybe I should've just gone with a patchouli cologne of some sort. I just liked the label. :) Presentation was very nice, came with a free lavendar sachet and some nice, careful packaging with attention to detail and good vibes. I'll probably try a different Frankie & Myrrh patchouli scent next, especially since they sent me a 10% coupon. Maybe "That's Amore" or "Livin' The Wood Life"... whattaya think? I'm sure the "Truly Patchouli" is too strong for my tastes.
