Awesome. I bought these after I read the book by the doctor who designed this probiotic. I had IBS symptoms, the big D, and alot of bloating and gurgling, which I think was SIBO or LIBO, or both. I started taking these and to take Candibactin AR and cinnamon oil. One capsule each day of each of those. I took the antimicrobials in the morning, and the probiotic in the evening. Relief was not immediate, but things gradually got better. Now it's about one month in and I no longer have IBS symptoms and things are getting to be healthy. I stopped taking the cinnamon oil, I'll take it again if I get symptoms. I'll stop the CandiBactin AR in a week or so. I am definitely continuing to take this probiotic likely forever. The doctor who developed it has 40 or so years studying and treating gut issues. His book is great too, Total Gut Balance. Trust me, I have taken alot of other probies, but this one is fantastic. I highly recommend this product.

It's working. Give it time. It takes time to rebuild regularity.

No one probiotic will work for everyone. That said, This one didn’t really seem to work for me. I got the impression it made me more bloated than usual.

I've been taking this probiotic daily for a few months and have seen a big improvement in digestion and overall gut health. Bloating and irregularity are gone, and I feel more energized. The capsule is easy to take. Highly recommend if you're looking for a high-quality, effective probiotic!
