This is as good as the homemade pasta that I had when I was in Italy. This one’s made in Italy and even though it’s a dry version the texture and taste is beyond the beyond. Yes, the price is high, but if you’re going to put a light pesto or a light cream sauce on it this is by far worth the investment. If you’re going to bog it down with a traditional red gravy then I’d say pass. My favorite way was with olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes and a bit of vegan cheese sprinkles or imported Parmesan if your not vegan like me. The texture is sublime…and the flavor is so good it’s delicious all by itself! Molto Bella!

This linguine cooks up in 8-10 minutes in a rolling boil. It is more delicate than any other brand. It is delicious with Rao Marinaro sauce. The sauce seeps into the linguine easily.

My partner loves this pasta (I have to have gluten free). He says it is much richer and more flavorful than the usual pasta brands one sees in the stores. Well worth the price and occasionally on sale!

Wanted to try a new pasta and came across this one. 100% worth the money. It’s is delicious and has such a nice texture to it. It is not slimy like some other pastas can get after boiling.
