Great value no fillers
Wow great value, no additives or fillers. I have been taking the Spring Valley brand from Walmart but these are about $30 cheaper for the same number of capsules and almost the same strength. I swear by D-mannose if you have repeated bladder infections. I haven’t had to take antibiotics since I started taking it.

google UTIs. this stuff will save you a trip to the doctor, and keep you from having a UTI. and even better, if you have a UTI take about four, 4 x day. clears up the UTI in about 24 hrs. i had an issue when out of state and my friend told me about it, so i went to whole foods and bought it. i have been taking 2 every day since (I googled it to understand it more). i highly recommend it. one caution, my friend's elderly father had an UTI so i told him, and he came back and reminded me that this was glucose so since his dad had diabetes, he'd not give it to him. and i've bought it as a powder -- it definitely tastes like powered sugar..... but it works!!! it is cranberry juice without the cranberries and without the juice.
