A Surprising Salt,...surpassing my expectations
Great salt for anyone who likes a taste of the exotic...I was a bit skeptical of salt tasting differently, so I was very surprised to find it actaully doies have a distinctive taste...I have several different salts, mainly for the different grain size and other uses like Kosher for my sourdough read, iodized for normal cooking, etc...this one was bought just for eating. That was the cachet that I read about it in a food artcile...so I sprang for it. It does have that quality of a sea salt, that extra mineralization that comes from the source...but this has "taste" also...what taste? Got me, but it is distinct...we sprinkle it over a buttered bagel, a few specks on a piece of prosciutto & cream cheese, or just a dip of a wetted finger...its great for those small things like that. Not for cooking, just for tasting is my preference. Enjoy!

Worth its weight in Salt!
The quality of this salt is plateable superiority... I finish all my presented dishes with it. It prepares the palate for the delight of the taste buds journey. Excellent product...as always!

Great product
I was ro make a dessert that I saw on a cooking show that called out this item. Had to research and read a bunch of reviews since I'd never heard of it before. I landed on this one and gave it a shot. It's awesome. I'm addicted. I put this in anything that is remotely sweet. Ice cream, mocha coffee, hot chocolate, brownies....it's that perfect balance between salty and sweet.

This salt is delicious!
I went down the rabbit hole of the best tasting salts, and I have to admit I was a little skeptical that salt could have a substantially different flavor. I was wrong. This salt has such a good flavor. You get the saltiness initially, but there is no bitterness or lasting flavor after. It adds just the perfect salt flavor to your food. You will be amazed at how good your salt can taste.
