Q: Can I use this rose water on the face

Yeah, I've been using it on the face. I've put it in a little spray bottle, works fine, helps with my dry/sensitive skin. Hope this helps

Q: Can this be used to make Turkish delight?

I don't know, I use it to make a drink with Lemonade, Mint and limes, lots of ice. Really refreshing. I recreated a drink I had in Turkish restaurant in Bromley. I have never tried anything as great as Turkish delight. The flavour is wonderful from this rose water.
