Kanu Surf Womens UPF 50+ Long Sleeve Active Swim Tee & Workout Top

I bought this recently for a trip excursion where we were going to be in the ocean and chemical SPF was not allowed. This was great to have with me. I felt like it really protected my skin while we were out swimming. It is made of material similar to swimsuits so it dried pretty quickly. The material is also lightweight and breathable so I didn't feel like I was too hot while in the sun. For me the length of the arms were a bit short but otherwise the fit was good. The price was pretty amazing for this and if you're going swimming and need more sun protection, get this!

I'm in S. Fl been very hot ! This shirt works! I always get too much sun on my back when I lay out by pool. Tried it today for the first time for my back which I got a sunburn last week and did not want anymore sun . As hot as it was I was not sweating any more than if I had my bikini top only on. I went into the pool multiple times to cool off and this shirt kept my back nicely cool as it dried. I had no sunburn at all. For reference I am 5' 5" 110 lbs 34b 35 hips and ordered a small. This fit a bit loose not too loose and covered my upper hip area which is exactly what I was looking for. Was comfortable.

Nice shirt with smooth feel and decent fit . This would be comfy and nice as a coverup shirt but not useful in the water. The shirt rides up from bottom, I had to tuck it into pants. Also, sleeves have too much fabric and no resistance at wrists so they move up when you swim. Depending on your use, I would definitely size down. I usually wear a size 10 (34DD) but Medium was definitely too big...although it looked fine over swimsuit and swim leggings. Also, if you are using this for sun protection and to minimize need for sunscreen, the V neck is not too helpful!

This gives perfect coverage for sunwear. But doesnt irritate my neck like the ones with zippers. Get the bigger size. It runs small. The algorithm recommended medium for me and I like my clothes a perfect loosened and large was just right. The sleeves fall at a perfect yet quizically not 3/4 length. I haven't worn it swimming yet but I'm not dreading that time now. I feel prepared. And the color is vibrant and super attractive. Five stars!

I have been wearing these for five years in the pool and when doing yard work! They are lightweight and comfortable. Unlike most sun shirts, these do not stick to your skin making you hot and sweaty. Order up in size if you want a looser fit. My mom wears these as her summer wardrobe to protect her skin. Tip: Don’t wash these with fabric softener and remember to hang dry.

I have other Kunu Surf shorts and tops that I love, including a top identical to this one. But this one arrived with a few minor manufacturing defects. The one that bugs me the most is the misaligned sewing on the neck, which makes the neck asymmetrically​ colored (see photo). The stitching on the sleeves is also uneven (see photo). There are also threads unravelling all over the place. Perhaps if I didn't already own a couple of these tops I wouldn't be so disappointed, but all the manufacturing defects on this one add up and make it look cheap and inferior to earlier purchases. Unfortunately, since I have an identical Kanu Surf top I love, I didn't bother trying this on before I left on vacation, and now I'll miss the return window. To be clear, this isn't TERRIBLE. I'll still wear it at the beach and try to ignore the annoying asymmetric neck to fix the unravelling sewing. I just won't be feeling as stylish as I do with my other tops, which I've occasionally worn to dinner at beach side restaurants!

No corresponde el producto a la talla que informan. Yo pedí una 2X y me llegó XXL. La calidad es buena y el corte, pero pues si lo que anuncia no es correcto, desmerece mucho la imagen del proveedor. Insisto en que Amazon debería de supervisar sus anuncios y verificar con los proveedores que todo sea correcto a lo que ofertan.

I bought a large in this even though I am a medium. I prefer to have this fit more loose. The sleeves fit me well as I have shorter arms but for a person with longer arms this will be short (the model illustrates this). This fits me perfect and am happy with it. It didn’t feel too hot either. I will say though it doesn’t dry as quickly as I would have liked but I can live with it as long as it shields me from the sun.

I like the lightness of fabric, the sporty look, comfortable to swim in, easy to travel with, good price.

ACTUALIZACIÓN JULIO 2021! 😀 Volví a comprar otra porque me encanta que parece una blusa cuando andas en el hotel, area de alberca y playa, y eso me ayuda porque las de otras marcas que son muy elásticas y de patrones o colores escandalosos no me encantan para mis 47 años. Al ser marca americana, las tallas son más amplias, así que a pesar de haber subido unos kilitos en pandemia, me siguió quedando la talla S. Si pesas menos de 65 kgs, se te va a ver holgadita y no hay talla XS. Eso ayuda a las llenitas porque esta camiseta no se te mete en cada pliegue de espalda o abdomen como las de otro tipo que son súper elásticas. Si te sabes cuidar del sol, y vas pocos días de vacaciones está bien. Para largo plazo, terminará dejándote marcas de bronceado encima de las muñecas y en la “V” del escote, a diferencia de las más elásticas que tienen cuello redondo y suelen tener una manga más larga. Ademas de que al ser un tejido también menos cerrado creo que podría proteger un poco menos a la larga, pero no me consta así que estoy especulando. Seca rápido y no andas goteando por ahí, así que pasábamos rápido de alberca a restaurante y de restaurante a alberca sin problema. Siempre uso un sombrerote y me lo quité para una moto acuática 40 minutos: me quedó la “v” del escote marcada del sol en ese ratito, así que cuida eso. El precio es muy bueno, son durables y más frescas, aguantan lavadas, se ven padres, hay diferentes colores, no se me marcan los pliegues…me encantan y voy por los demás colores 😀 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Llegó antes y alcancé a llevármela al mar 👍🏼. Soy usuaria asidua de este tipo de camisetas y esta, aunque me encantó más que las otras 400 que tengo por su diseño (no se ve también deportiva como las mías), es un poco más corta de las mangas (en La foto se ve: no llega a las manos) y eso lo noté así que no es culpa del vendedor. La tela no es la misma que suele verse en este tipo de camisetas con protección UV50+, es un poquito menos cerrado el tejido, así que ya según lo que necesites de protección puedes decidir, ya que entre más cerrado el tejido, mayor protección. Además es mucho menos elástica ya que no trae el 10% elastano que las full sand, pero como el corte es más suelto, no hay tanto problema. Agrego foto comparando los dos tejidos, a ver si se percibe la diferencia. Yo me veía genial en ella, así que sí la volvería a comprar en otros colores. Luego actualizo como fue con las lavadas 👍🏼
