Fits ND Miata
I used this to change the oil on my 2016 Miata. It's OEM and made in Japan and seems to be working just fine. It did not come with a crush washer.

Use "OEM" as a search filter for MAZDA oil filters
The OEM filters came in apparently okay condition, but I was disappointed by the lack of any shock-proof packing stuff in the shipping sack. I embrace minimalist packaging as long as basic required protection of the contents is provided.I will find out if each of the three filters ordered is alright after the various oil changes. Two of the three boxes had some mashing, though each filter appeared undamaged. These are generally excellent filters based on my previous use.

2025 Maza CX-5 Skyactiv - G 2.5-liter "L" Engine
Exact Japan-made OEM replacement as per removing the factory-installed filter as part of the first oil change. The L engine (8th number in the VIN code) is the "rare" non-variable valve timing, non-turbo, non-hybrid and non-I Stop engine with the standard 6-speed auto transmission (no CVT.)Got 37.8 MPG going 210 miles one way and 36.6 MPG going 190 miles the other way per computer, mainly extremely light traffic highway driving various 60-65-70 mph with occasional stops and slower speeds. The filter is tiny. I have a larger filter on my 21-hp lawn tractor.
