I've got very sensitive skin so was a bit sceptical about using these pain patches. But, l've found them to be very good for easing the pain and not irritating my sensitive skin. . Just cut the pieces into the size you require and then apply to area where you're in pain. They stick to the skin very well (even in the shower) and they help with pain relief.

Very pleased! It does what it says on the label. So grateful I found these which are so effective for my lower back pain.

Absolutely useless! No heat, nothing! I didn't even feel any difference! And half of the sticky bit stays on your skin when you pull it off. There was no heating up or cooling down or anything with this patch. It's like placebo! It worth as much as if I put a plain plaster on my back. I have 1.5 pack still dont even know what to do. Probably sending them back! I will go back to what I used to use.

These heat up well but unless you have nails are near impossible to peal backing off and adhesion is very short lived if wearing when moving . Theres better out there but also worse

No quita el dolor, no tiene medicamentos sólo es un parche que da calor. Para una contractura o lumbalgia hace su función. Notas calor al cabo de 20 minutos puesto y el efecto dura unas horas. Se despegan con facilidad sobre todo si te estás moviendo y son un poco pequeños pero su función la cumplen.
