I really love this product, I have natural hair and have been using this product for about 2 weeks. I noticed a difference in my hair from the first time using it. My hair has stayed moisturized and soft and feels a lot healthier overall, I have experienced less breakage and areas of my hair at the front that have been thinning seem to be getting thicker. Furthermore I enjoy that this is a completely natural product, the smell is sweet and strong but pleasant. I would definitely recommend it, it is 100% worth a try, and I will be repurchasing it and trying some other products from this brand.

Lovely butter texture with a mild earthy scent. Initially used it to seal in moisture as part of wash n go, and also on my scalp. Found it too heavy for my hair and it congested my scalp. My hair felt softer but there was no noticeable extra growth. I tried that for approx 7 weeks before stopping, then began using it as a pre-poo instead applying to my hair strands only, and not my scalp at all. I oiled my scalp with a blend of several oils which include JBCO, black seed oil, avocado oil and recently added clove oil. Its now been 7 weeks and my hair is stronger, softer and longer. Detangling is easier, I have much less shedding and breakage is minimal, and I use less styling products to achieve curl definition. The length is due a combo of my oil blend which is all about stimulating the roots and scalp to encourage healthy growth, and the chebe butter which has strengthened the hair I already had, aswell as the new growth. Perfect team.

I bought this product after seeing the reviews. I have only had it a few days so I can't say if it makes hair grow. But I have noticed a difference in the appearance and feel of my hair. It’s moisturised and feels luscious after using a little bit on my hair everyday. However, the reason I didn't give it five stars is because it has a strong smell that is really unpleasant so you have to use it with another product to mask the smell otherwise a good product.

I wanted to use this for a while before I gave a review and I must say this butter is amazing! I have 4c coils, very fine with low density and my main issue is breakage and hair fall. After research lead me to Chebe powder as a natural ingredient used by African woman for centuries as a way to help these issues I had to give it a try. I found the powder first, I’m not really into DIY products at home but I only use all natural products in my hair care routine. So when I saw this butter I went for it as it’s all natural and ready to go with no mess. I’ve been using it a month now and the results are fantastic. It has a nice smell, slightly floral with a faint spice smell underneath. Not overpowering and it’s doesn’t linger. I use it to style and seal my hair on wash day the 3rd step in the LCO (liquid, Cream, Oil) method I use. Every wash day the fall and breakage has been less and less amazing! My hair has always been soft but now it’s shiny and feels stronger! It’s too soon to see a difference in length but my hair is definitely braking less so I’m sure with continued use I’ll start to see a difference. I won’t be without this butter now. I tried this brand as I use chebe oil for hair but thought of something even more nourrishing for the season. I am not disappointed at all with this one, smell is natural, composition is clean, and it keeps the hair (3c-4b) moisturised all day. Very good wish it was bigger as will use it and finish it very quick. But will rebuy and stuck on that brand.

Im on my second jar and honestly, my hair is on love! This has now become a permanent part of my routine. I have a mix of 3c, 4a and 4b hair so it's all over the place and it can be hard to find something that can make it all happy. This is a brilliant product!

Pros : Keeps my daughters hair moisturised, her hair is Afro textured. Nice container, soft in consistency & melts in your hair Cons: It smells quite strong Great for intended purpose.
