Uni-verse, Collectible Surprise Unicorn with Mystery Accessories, for Children Aged 5 and Up (Styles May Vary)

I'm normally not a fan of these "surprise" type of toys, but this one was actually really cool. The toys inside are well made and very pretty. I liked the idea of having a fun way to open up the toy. My daughter loved them and her little brother enjoyed helping with opening them. Even I thought they were quite cool. She got a gold unicorn which apparently is every rare, so she was chuffed.Good value for money unlike some similar things.

My 4 year old watched people open these on youtube and it blew her mind when I bought her 2. But I was surprised that you can only buy 2! It wont let me buy more. Also the spike is horrible hah she loves spikes normally but this felt like wallpaper paste. But great beautiful little toys xx

For me personally, these are horrible slimy things that create mess. For my 7 year old daughter this is a marvel and great fun. You basically have to drop the thing in water and as it dissolves the colour of the liquid determines the “world” your toy inside is from. Once it dissolves you have to plunge your hands into the slimy water and retrieve the item which is in plastic that you have to cut to get the toy and several surprises out. It comes with a card that tells you all about your toy and whether it’s “common”, “rare” etc much like the LOL grading. There’s not as much plastic waste as the other types but still too much for my liking. I only got it as she loves them and has been finding the current situation really hard. So anything small like this that can put a big smile on her face at the moment has to get 5 stars (while I continue to guide her to more environmentally friendly fun).

Excellent value for money. The cloud looks just like a little fabric pillow and dissolves in water to reveal 4 packaged gifts. Be warned though, the outer packaging turns to slime in the water and that stuff gets everywhere! It stinks too. Might want to do the grand unveiling over the sink. I would like to buy some more of these. For a fiver you cant go wrong really.

My 5 yr old enjoyed this, but it wasn't clear as what to expect inside for parents. As its obvious it's a surprise for kids. Very slimey so I would suggest a big bowl of warm water outside. None the less she liked it. Only negative was the items were not worth the price. I suppose that's just how these are now days though little trinkets. Not saying I wouldn't buy again, but also not rushing to either.
