Fantastic for making hard candy.
Makes great hard candy. It feels more dry than when using glucose syrup. This product is pure and gluten free, so it’s perfect for serving to anyone.

Great option if you can't find actual syrup
I have struggled to find actual DE42 glucose syrup in the US, but this has worked well. You can even make it in bulk and store the syrup in a jar for later.

Good softening ability
Used to soften hard ice cream batches. Works very well. Ice cream was hard to scoop before, but is much easier now. Does not affect flavor. Maybe would add more than suggested amount for larger batches and a tad more flavoring just to be safe.

Good product but very expensive.
Used product for a food product development project. Worked as expected but very costly for what it is. Like the zip lock bag.
